“My sister and I were just leaving a funeral and noticed the rear drivers side tire was running low. Stopped in at the local Mavis in Pittsfield and the team at this location assisted with quickly getting us taken care of and providing the peace of mind we needed that it would get solved quickly. They were able to determine it was a screw in the tire and was able to get us patched up and back on the road. They are a wonderful local team and this neighborhood is very lucky to have them”

“Got into a bad accident lost my car had a rental for more than a month desperately seeking for a good car at a reasonable price knowing what i wanted how much i could afford i began to look in Ct went to several dealers spent countless hrs only to have to walk away cause it wasn’t about me or my needs it was more about what they could push out the door, starting asking around for a good honest dealer and was directed to Berkshire BMW and let me tell you this being my third car from a dealer the experience was the best one ever from the beautiful drive out there to the wait time less than an hour and a half but most of all how loving and caring every individual through the process was, i went in looked at the suv and did the paperwork and then went home and they even delivered my car to me with registration and plates ready to go the next day so people if your looking for an honest upfront decent deal this is the place to go, go see their amazing sales man Miguel Rosado and then continue down the line through the process you will not regret it!!! Every individual i encountered was such a pleasant experience! I am the happiest customer ever would recommend them to anyone! I have made this my personal dealer from now on! Remember reach out to Miguel Rosado you’ll thank me later”

“I have had major repairs on my 2007 Mercedes e350 over the last 3 years, and I have only had the best experience dealing with everyone at berkshire performance. always a prompt call explaining the issues they've found, or the cause of the problem the car is having that brought it in. Then an emailed quote with clear description of repair and price breakdown. I love nothing more than clear communication, and a quick repair which has always been my experience”
