“Was driving east on the Mass Pike in my old Ford van when the throttle stuck wide open. stopped it safely, and i remembered that Wilson Wright was at the Lee MA exit just down the road, so i told the tow truck driver to drop us off there.Wilson diagnosed the problem (throttle linkage at the carb) and repaired it quickly and efficiently, and charged me a very fair price. he's an old friend and I highly recommend him.”

“I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on the mass pike. I had my vehicle towed to 102 auto so they could look at it the next day. I emailed Peter to let him know what was said. Peter emailed back but I didn’t see that until I had walked down from the motel I stayed at. He was super busy and couldn’t look at my car but he was so friendly and hospitable for my hours ordeal there. He was upfront with his shops status and recommended I get a tow back to Albany,NY. I did. I appreciated his kind demeanor and honesty. I would be honored to have him work on my car because I feel that he would be straight and fair. His entire team was so kind to me while I was there. I highly recommend them.”

“We were in Lee for the week. We were on vacation and had traveled from a few hours away and we had a problem with our tire. Being unfamiliar with the area. I did some online searching and found Fords was rated well on Google and was very close to where we were. They got us in right away, explained what happened to the tire, and even though they don't keep tires in stock they were able to get the appropriate tire in by the next day and had us in and out in no time. They also noticed that my spare had a problem on its rim and they fixed that for free. We received a text 2 days later too. Thanking us for stopping in and deciding to use them for our repair. My husband and I were beyond impressed with their customer service and professionalism. If we lived close we would use them again for sure.”
