“This is the Trek full suspension I got from Cycle Loft in 2022. I absolutely love it . The helped me get the size that was right for me & every time I have been in the store there very helpful & knowledgeable . The store has just about anything you could ask for and more and if they don’t they can get it . Would definately reccomend Cycle Loft to anybody if your in the Burlington MA area .”
“I can't find any reason not to like Farina's. I've fallen in love with this place ever since I first walked in looking for my first bike last year. So far, in less than a year I have purchased from Farina's two hybrid bikes, one e-bike, and numerous accessories such as bike locks, helmets, bike gloves, and many more. Never for once have I not been able to find what I was looking for at Farina's, and never for once have I not had my questions answered by their wonderful and helpful staff. “This is a great shop. The owner is very considerate and welcoming, and has gone above and beyond to make my bike function well. On my last visit I came in to get my gear cable replaced and he also fixed up my bike lock to attach to my bike rack instead of hanging on the handlebar. Some sports shops can be a little snobbish if you aren't a "serious" enough practitioner, and I'm glad to say I've never felt that way here. The owner has been very considerate and capable.”
“They do the job. Servicing, sales both used and new. We had a bike serviced and tuned up for under $100-which is fair in my opinion. They have a variety of people working there- some prickly some nice but all helpful.We got a used bike for our daughter in great condition for 60-65% less than our friend paid for a new one. I’m sure things can be found cheaper online but unless it’s significantly cheaper we will go to wheelworks.”
“We LOVE Gary Wood and the folks at Belmont Wheelworks. We met when my son (who has Cerebral Palsy from a stroke in utero) was in his first bike race-- Gary helped us adjust our bike before the race. My son bit the bug on bicycling and when he was ready for a new bike, Gary helped us find the perfect bike, making some accessibility modifications like switching the brake sides to favor my son's stronger side, etc. I got my Stumpjumper here 20 years ago and Belmont Wheelworks keeps on delivering because of the people!”
