“I can’t recommend BILT enough to families in need of services. Christina and her staff show so much compassion towards the individuals and take the time to come up with a plan specifically geared towards the family and individual’s needs. I’ve been to many fundraising events and the energy, passion, and care they put into everything they do is very inspiring!”

“Holly was very helpful and kind. I was tempted to just order everything I needed online, but going to the store was much more informative and ended up saving money!”
“Beautiful space showcasing local artists. Small venue is perfect after a lunch or between activities. Spend 20-30 minutes unless shopping stunning finely crafted pieces for sale. Finds include jewelry, wood works, toys and decor pieces in pottery and paintings.”
“The YMCA swim program for toddlers is absolutely fantastic! My 2-year-old has been thriving in this environment, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care go into the program.
The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and inviting, which makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The instructors are truly the heart of the program—they’re informative, friendly, and approachable. They do an amazing job of making the kids feel at ease while also teaching them valuable skills in a fun and engaging way.
I’ve been so impressed with how they balance safety and fun, ensuring that every child feels confident in the water while learning foundational swimming techniques. My child looks forward to swim class every week, and as a parent, it’s wonderful to see them enjoying the experience and progressing so quickly.
I highly recommend the YMCA swim program to any parent looking for a welcoming, high-quality introduction to swimming for their little ones!”
“Returning to Billerica brought them immense joy. There is nothing more pristine or light than this. Also, the pricing are just ridiculous; there's never a letdown! The locals are warm and humorous. You can find almost whatever you're searching for and more at this store. The best part is that many of the items are brand new and given by businesses that are taking advantage of the tax write-off and passing the savings on to us. They also have new cabinets if you need those. With each passing day, I discover something new, and that includes the kitchen sink. Along with that, I learned that 100% of the proceeds benefit the local community. You won't find a better secondhand store than this one.”
“I have mixed feelings about this place. Prices are on the higher side for a thrift store but they do have 25% off days (for clothes, household stuff, etc.) so you just have to keep that in mind to make the most of your bargains. On occasion one can find a great deal - like an Aerogarden for $5. Items are well labeled. Store is clean and well organized. Staff is polite. Not enough parking. Nice neighborhood and clientelle is polite.”

“A very nice place, where they make a very delicious Maple Syrup and where they have cultivation techniques to protect it with very new, curious and interesting techniques.”
“It's a beautiful new building it's alot bigger then it used to be. You can eat breakfast and lunch there during the week it's very nice for the homeless people in Waltham to have a place to go eat.”
“Cute bookstore. Stopped in while on a work trip to the area. The book store itself is rather small but they have hundreds of books cataloged in the back so all you have to do is have them look it up for you. They also have local seasoning, crafts, and more displayed around the shop for purchase. I was able to get the book I was looking for along with some Zatar seasoning. It was a win win for me. Would definitely come back to find a new book or just to see what they have that's new. Part of the proceeds also go to a worthy cause of youth education and literacy so that makes it even better. Will definitely return!”
“The staff at the Waltham Boys and Girls Club are incredible! Everyone is understanding, helpful, kind, respectful and all around amazing people. I trust them with my daughter. They have been instrumental in helping my daughter to grow and mature. Their work with the community is outstanding!”
“Although I no longer have young children, the after-school program, specifically Seamus Bruno, has caught my attention. The manner in which he interacts with the children is so kind, warm, caring and engaging. It is clear he loves his job, and he wants the kids in his program to be happy and feeling they belong there. He is always upbeat and smiling, patient and professional. Very impressive.”
“My 5 year old son is learning piano with Dr. Daniel Nayman at the Powers Music School. We were impressed by Daniel's teaching experience, patience with young kids and great communication. My son loves to go to piano lesson every week. Highly recommend Daniel to anyone who is looking for a piano teacher. Powers Music has all sorts of other music lessons too. School location is great. Big parking lot is a plus.”
“My daughter has been taking swim lessons at the boys and girls club for many years and we had a great experience. The director Nikita has been very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend this place.”
“Awesome place to work with and friendly, helpful employees. They do a lot of amazing work. Looks like a great place to work if I didn't already have a job I like.”
