“We visited the garden center on a Saturday, to visit the free corn maze on site, and it was a lot of fun! My kiddos had a walk around and although it wasn't a long maze, we all got lost and found our way out eventually. We also purchased some Halloween items, which were really cute, and the staff were lovely. They also had free popcorn on site as well, which was really nice. There was plenty of free parking on site, and a large lot from the entrance, with plenty of seasonal garden plants and flowers.”
“Favorite place to buy houseplants nearby. They also sell tons of flowers and shrubs for your gardens. They also have a florist there if you're looking to buy some flowers for someone. They sell a ton of Christmas stuff around that time of the year as well as Christmas Trees.”

“I live in California and wanted to buy a birthday arrangement for my daughter-in-law, who lives in Tewksbury. I called and spoke to a charming lady who had a floral birthday cake made to my order. It wasn't cheap, but it was wonderfully done and delivered that day.”
“LOVED Drew Farm. What a great place for kids, dogs and everyone in between! Knowing that we went later in the season, we knew they'd be light on picked apples- but we were able to fill up a small bag with a dozen or so Cortlands to make a few pies with nonetheless. Their apple cider donuts were incredible and so was the apple cider itself! While we had great times as humans, I think the best time was had by my dog. She had a BLAST running through the orchards and meeting so many friends. The staff are super friendly, happy to point you in the right direction of water, donuts, live music or bathrooms. Happy to have stumbled upon this little gem and look forward to visiting in the future!”
“I am a driver delivering materials to them. I went through a very crazy event one day that could have turned out tragic. Literally without hesitation numerous personnel from landscape express stopped what they were doing and jumped in to help me. Everyone from employees to management saw that I needed help and they didn't think twice about their own safety and Helped me. I personally may not have purchased anything here, simply because I'm not looking to spruce anything up at the moment but when I decide I definitely will but simply based on the attitudes and selfless character of all who I encountered yesterday their is no question in my mind that they are worth your time and business. “Called looking for grape tomatoes and asked a couple of questions. The girl that answered the phone knew about what I was asking and answered all my questions directly. Didn't put me on hold, didn't say I don't know, didn't say I'll have to find out and didn't have to get someone else to answer my questions. Been here before and always left happy and pricewise less expensive than the big noise garden centers!”

“Amazing customer service! I purchased a tree Wednesday evening. This was my first time doing the Xmas tree by myself, as my husband has just had knee replacement surgery. Not only did Mike carry the tree and load it into my car himself- when I called a couple of days later because the tree was not taking water, Mike sent two guys over to my home with a new tree, and they exchanged the new tree with the old tree and set it up for me. And they brought me a gift of a gallon of chocolate chip ice cream! By far the best customer service experience we have ever had. We are customers for life!”
“People will complain about the retail service here, but this ain't HD or Lowes, it's a supply house. If you need a 2x12 and don't want to burn an hour driving to HD in Waltham and back, they're great. The hours however are limited, since they service contractors.
That said, while I might have to wait or try to get someone's attention, I've always gotten what I needed here from paint to lumber to propane tank refills all while supporting a local shop rather than sending the money to a mega corp.”

“Shout out to Dick who is an employee that helped me today. Great employee, better guy. I was in search of Ryobi fan and he helped me look in probably 5 different places. We were unfortunately unable to find any in stock, but he looked in every possible place which even included going up on a step ladder to look at the stock up top. In a day and age where business tend to be understaffed and staffed by unhappy people, this was a great change in pace. Outstanding job on your hire.”
“We went to Home Depot as a class on a community trip on a Wednesday morning. It was a little busy and the trickiest part was the checkout. There were only self checkouts (around 6 maybe), and one checkout with a human. Only 1 self checkout took cash and then the employee at the check out took cash. We were shopping with cash and when it was our turn the self-checkout broke. There were a lot of lines then for people needing to pay with cash. We wished more of the self-checkouts took cash. Overall though, the store had lots of space to get around and didn't seem too crowded.
The employees were nice and helped us find things. Not only did they tell us which aisle to go to but they physically brought us to the item we were looking for. The store was clean and organized, the aisles were well labeled. It did smell a bit like a warehouse/wood working building.
There weren't any deals really, but every product we looked for had a varying amount of prices. This helped with budgeting. In terms of accessibility, the aisles were pretty big and so our friends in wheelchairs could get down them. But there were a lot things in the aisles that we had to go around. There were carts and cleaning floor machines and boxes that were being unpacked. The self checkout was accessible, a good height for someone sitting in a wheelchair to reach. There were automatic doors, so you didn't have to open them yourself, and the whole store was one floor.
At Home Depot we bought a variety of things. We bought numbers to label the house, an exit sign that had braille on it, cleaning supplies, a house plant, soil to plant some seeds we bought and bird seed. Everything was pretty well priced and easy to find.
Overall we had a very good time and got everything we needed. The only thing we wanted that they didn't sell were bird house making kits!”

“I had a very specific request for a nut and bolt (to fix a blade on my hockey skate) and the staff inside this Ace Hardware store couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a $0.30 fix but the associate, Mark, spent the time with me to make sure that I was all set, found the right size to fit and even helped me fix my skate. If that’s not above and beyond for service I don’t know what is. Thank you!!”
