“Decided to give myself (and my bike) a break and have someone else tune it up. Called to check if HBE required an appt and they said to bring it in. I dropped it that morning and they said they’d text me in a week when it was done. They texted two hours later. They installed new brake lines, new gear lines, a new cassette, a new chain, new tires and tubes, adjusted my seat, and re-wrapped my handlebars (and provided she and astute advice when I picked it up). They seriously rock. I can’t say how happy I was to ride a beautifully tuned bike on a February day. Thanks, HBE!”
