Staff always greets you when you walk in, makes eye contact, carry's a conversation w/ you, always smiling, very polite, ask if there's anything else they can help with, and they always make you want to come back. Atmosphere is NICE!!!!

Great customer service an juts plane kind people. They even let anyone with an account can come in anytime to have hot chocolate and hot coffee free.
