“I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan these past few weeks when I use the Drive Thru service at Florence in Belchertown. Each and every time, I have had some small quirky “issue”. At least four times, I pull up and sheepishly say .. it’s me again. Yesterday it happened again. None of the issues were the fault of the bank.Jordan greets me with a huge smile and ALWAYS makes me feel like it’s okay. She corrects whatever I need done and supports me throughout. She explains whatever needs explaining, clearly and professionally. Each and every time I am grateful and appreciate her and the professionalism she displays. I hope she knows that it’s these kinds of interactions that stand for a brand. This means more to me than anything.Thank you Jordan!!!”

“Special shout-out to Yanelis and Rachel during my visit. I have been a Citizens' Bank account holder for years and the staff is always great. This particular time around I had rolled TEN ROLLS OF PENNIES and was unsure if the bank would take them. Yanelis not only welcomed me warmly and made me feel appreciated, but she took the rolls and offered to deposit the funds or cash them in for bills, but Rachel immediately gave me the cash and they did not count the hundreds of pennies. I was very pleased that this service was given to me. They also told me to bring the rest of my pennies in and would look forward to seeing me again in the future for more visits. It is very nice to see such treatment. I hope the branch stays open in the store. You will love the treatment you get there, so CITIZEN'S BANK PLEASE KEEP THAT BRANCH IN STOP&SHOP OPEN SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO GET THE GREAT SERVICE THAT YANELIS AND RACHEL GAVE!”
