“I am grateful for the above and beyond customer service provided today by two pharmacists. Jessica showed real concern over an issue I was having with another pharmacy (not CVS) and later the gentleman I spoke with happily provided me with two medicine cups N/C. (And after the day I was having, this was a big deal.) After this experience, as compared with the abysmal customer service provided by my own pharmacy, I am changing to CVS pharmacy and specifically this store. Btw, I also love shopping at this CVS store in general!”

“Just want to say thank you to Heidi for going above and beyond today and refilling my stepsons medication right away and not making us wait any longer (we had to wait an extra day for it to be ordered) I was very grateful and my poison ivy covered stepson was also very grateful to be able to start to get some relief. She squeezed in the refill right before they left for lunch on a Friday so he could have it in time before leaving for a boyscout trip. I’m sure she had a million other things to do. The extra mile was not unnoticed, so thank you again!”

“Went into the pharmacy on Saturday to pick up a medication for my mother and Alexis one of the technicians were super attentive, she stopped and helped the lady at the counter who was getting frustrated trying to get cash back, so she walked around the counter and went helped the older lady in front of me with her debit card making sure she was ok.. due to her act of kindness, it touched my heart and I will definitely be returning due to her! GO ALEXIS! Thank you for showing that there are still good people out there like yourself and keep doing what your doing to make people smile like you did me and hoping someone sees this and gives you a RAISE!
