“One employee in deli while higher management sits there putting out bread. The line continues to get larger, at some point I thought he would provide "World Class customer service." I was wrong, Hawaiian Rolls were the priority. I guess making 100k isn't enough for MANAGEMENT to slice deli meats.”

“Just love these guys. Mistakes between providers and the pharmacy are inevitable and the staff always walks me through next steps or ways to make the process simpler. I also needed an item ready to be picked up with an Rx and the store helped immediately. I didn’t want to gush but she helped SO MUCH by doing that favor.”
“Called and left a message about my medication and pharmacy called me back, within 25 minutes. I can only guess it was pharmacist who called me. He was so thorough and kept digging further concerning my particular health issue and other meds and doses I might consider instead. He was also going to follow up with my PCP. This pharmacist on 5/2/26 Saturday was AWESOME and I couldn't believe my luck about how thorough he was, on the spot and live in the moment. I'm giving him and CVS five stars. I've never done that before.”

A drugstore should always have a restroom available to customers. One never knows the condition of those coming in that may require one, like me.”
