It has a couple spots directly in front to park making a quick in and out trip easy. It also has some parking located in a small lot on the side of the building. An outside mailbox is also located here.”

“Paul at window, always nice, as are all of the clerks. Wasn't thrilled that a birthday gift I mailed out a week prior came by short of postage. Stating 90cents due, yet when Paul checked it said I was $1.60 short. We both agreed it should have been delivered with opportunity for recipient to have the chance to pay postage due or have it RTS. INSTEAD, birthday gift now going to be a week late. I guessed at postage, put stamps on envelope and mailed at outside box in Palmer because office was closed by time I got there”

It’s kept neat and tidy.One time the clerk even gave me a bottled water because I was walking and he could clearly see I wasn’t feeling well. He told me to sit down and take as much time as I needed to feel better. So THANKS AGAIN!”

“I honestly just want to leave this review because people are so mean. This post office is great and every staff member that I have met has been both extremely helpful and kind. No matter if you just got in line or have been waiting a few minutes they always greet you with “I’m sorry about the wait” and yes, some people may find promoting and asking about surveys annoying but they are always on top of that so you know they are doing what they are suppose to! People working inside the post office have no control over how fast the delivery driver is so don’t be mad at them and give them horrible reviews over it!”

The people who work there (shoutout to Courtney, Brenda, Sarah, and Paul!) are friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to interact with. I read about towns losing post offices and just am *so glad* that Belchertown still has this one. Keep on keeping on, guys.”
