“I called Eric at Ludlow Post Office, he was tremendously helpful in explaining and tracking a package. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. It’s the best experience I’ve had at a post office.”

“This may not be my post office but it’s the only one I go to because of the amazing customer service I get each and every time I walk in here. Being greeted by Julie always makes it the best experience. She makes everything easy and professional. Thanks so much for all you do!”
“I am probably the post office’s worst customer. I never have tape to close up my packages and I usually don’t even have the right box or anything that even packed my things! But they always go out of the way to find me one from the back, take me up and send me on my way with a smile. They’ve always been very helpful and I appreciate it.”
“This is a great post office and such a pleasure compared to more urban areas I've lived in. Staff is patient and efficient and lines are usually not an issue.”
“I use this post office often and think the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and is usually clean. I always wear my mask and have never had any issues here.”
“The best ever the service the people and the most historical building. We hope this post office in downtown Amherst will last forever. It does bring out lots of town of Amherst style. we love Miss Nancy, always kind, thoughtful and the best customer service ever. Thank you!”
“I was a bit nervous by the reviews here but I went here for my passport photo. Anne was simply the best. She took a few photos and made me feel great about everything in the process!! I am so grateful she is the one I dealt with. She double checked my paperwork and waited for me as I had to run to the car. Ten stars. Her customer service was outstanding. So much so I had to park to wroye this! Thanks Anne :)”

“Seems to be well run with staff and employees willing to help when they can but packages can be misplaced easily sometimes here. Plenty of parking but wait times can be long. Very good location as it's close to hyways. Bathroom seems clean as well as public areas.”

“Recently I’ve been needing usps services and I was a little worried with all the negativity with this place, and the fact that my package was at a stand still for a little over 24rs. This is a huge center so it probably will take time to sort stuff especially if yours isn’t priority. Anyways it left and got where it needed to”
