“Excellent customer service!! I am a novice when it comes to buying flowers and I needed a bright "get well soon" bouquet for someone special. Although the selection was a bit scarce (probably because it's the end of summer?) The owner had some great suggestions and I was able to personalize and perfect an existing bouquet. He accommodated exactly what I needed at a VERY reasonable price, and he even added some beautiful yellow roses while staying completely within my budget. Highly recommend, will be back next time I need flowers.Also, they had some gorgeous sunflowers that I should've purchased for myself ?”

So, it was only natural that I would contact them about creating an arrangement for my daughter who just had a baby boy. “For my wife’s 50th birthday, I thought I had been the perfect husband having lined up everything well in advance - dinner at a lovely restaurant, a beautiful cake, the perfect gifts, etc. But my self-congratulatory victory dance was cut short when I realized I had forgotten to order flowers. A quick Google search revealed Elaine’s Flowers not far from me, but they were closing in an hour. Elaine’s answered my desperate phone call, we discussed my options, and, in a mere 25 minutes, I had a gorgeous, perfect flower arrangement in my hands to put the crowning touch on what was a wonderful 50th birthday for my wife and our family. Elaine’s staff could not have been friendlier, more professional, or more efficient. And as if that weren’t enough, their prices were extremely reasonable, especially when you consider the quality of their work. I absolutely have a new flower shop going forward. “Shout-out to Paul's Flowers, who went out of their way to fix UPS's mistake. A packaged I had ordered and that was addressed to my house was mistakenly delivered to their business. They drove by to bring it to my house before I even knew there was a problem.As an actual review of their business, I was able to snag an orchid for a coworkers present about a year ago, the shop was awesome and there was a nice selection of plants and bouquets, and a super nice employee who offered to help carry my purchase out to my car with me.Anyways. “Happy Holidays! We stopped in to get garland for the mantel. While there as some already cut, Wayne came over and talked to us about what we were looking for, and after we told him about our fireplace and the look we wanted, he masterfully hand crafted a custom garland with a variety of beautiful greenery woven together. Price was very reasonable and as you can see in photo, looks great! Thanks for the personal service”

“Kevin was wonderful to work with. I needed a last minute gift and he was able to get the arrangement delivered almost immediately. He happened to have an arrangement ready to go and he was about to leave so he delivered it for me on his way out. It was there in 20 minutes. Over and above service that was much appreciated. “Always clean and personable employees. Very helpful always looking to help you find the thing that you're looking for. . Whenever you have an item is on a free thing. They always have it. You never have to go without or get a rain check. I appreciate this as I shop for a living and really don't have the time to keep going in and out of stores. It truly is a choice to go to a store that really cares about its customers. Today, I went to pick up a couple of free items that I had in one of the items was a can of special baked beans. However It was very far back on the top shelf and unreachable for anyone who was not 6 foot or more tall. One of the clerks it was there that was running the self-serve registers came over graciously and help me to reach it off the top of the Shelf. This was exceptional Service as far as I'm concerned.”
