“Kevin was wonderful to work with. I needed a last minute gift and he was able to get the arrangement delivered almost immediately. He happened to have an arrangement ready to go and he was about to leave so he delivered it for me on his way out. It was there in 20 minutes. Over and above service that was much appreciated. My now husband and I unfortunately ran into numerous issues a week or so before the wedding; between a family death, family illness, my maid of honor getting Covid; and Angela helped us roll with the punches. She was able to designate bouquets into a beautiful sweetheart centerpiece. The boutonnieres and bouquets were gorgeous. Angela was so sweet, and did an excellent job executing our vision. “For my wife’s 50th birthday, I thought I had been the perfect husband having lined up everything well in advance - dinner at a lovely restaurant, a beautiful cake, the perfect gifts, etc. But my self-congratulatory victory dance was cut short when I realized I had forgotten to order flowers. A quick Google search revealed Elaine’s Flowers not far from me, but they were closing in an hour. Elaine’s answered my desperate phone call, we discussed my options, and, in a mere 25 minutes, I had a gorgeous, perfect flower arrangement in my hands to put the crowning touch on what was a wonderful 50th birthday for my wife and our family. Elaine’s staff could not have been friendlier, more professional, or more efficient. And as if that weren’t enough, their prices were extremely reasonable, especially when you consider the quality of their work. I absolutely have a new flower shop going forward. While there as some already cut, Wayne came over and talked to us about what we were looking for, and after we told him about our fireplace and the look we wanted, he masterfully hand crafted a custom garland with a variety of beautiful greenery woven together. “I was contacted by the nicest woman at Imondi because after having ordered flowers online they were sent to some empty office space instead of of Kent Hospital. She had them sent correctly but the delivery person was told that there was no patient by that name. I got very emotional and told her that my friend was very sick. For the second time this wonderfully kind woman offered to deliver them somewhere else. I had them sent to the home address. Turns out my friend had passed away. I am in Florida and felt so helpless until this angel of a woman made sure that my friend’s flowers were delivered to the family. Thank you for your great kindness and God Bless.”

“Always clean and personable employees. Very helpful always looking to help you find the thing that you're looking for. . Whenever you have an item is on a free thing. They always have it. You never have to go without or get a rain check. I appreciate this as I shop for a living and really don't have the time to keep going in and out of stores. It truly is a choice to go to a store that really cares about its customers. Today, I went to pick up a couple of free items that I had in one of the items was a can of special baked beans. However It was very far back on the top shelf and unreachable for anyone who was not 6 foot or more tall. One of the clerks it was there that was running the self-serve registers came over graciously and help me to reach it off the top of the Shelf. This was exceptional Service as far as I'm concerned.”
