The store is very well stocked with a broad variety of Carhart work clothing. They actually have a better inventory with a better selection of various pant sizes then Work N Gear in my experience shopping both stores.
They have a good selection of high quality work boots, socks and gloves.
They have a decent selection of high viz work gear.
The staff are friendly and eager to help you find what you're looking for.
Every time I have been in , they also have a large rack of clearance deals.”

“My husband and I have some great leather belts, but we've both lost weight and now the belts are too big. The company we bought them from won't shorten them for us, and we didn't want to spend money on new belts. A Google search for leathersmiths turned up Bellows Leather. Long story short, I am glad I called! May was happy to shorten our belts properly, and for a reasonable price. She shortened 4 belts for us for what it would've cost to buy one new one, and she did it in a way so as we continue losing weight we won't need to have them shortened again. May is fantastic! And there is so much to see in the shop, we'll have to make another trip to do some proper shopping. Thank you, May!”
“I went to Kohl's in North Smithfield to look for a couple of items, upon cashing out on Saturday, 7/20, I didn't receive the proper e-mail notification for the receiving the percent discount. There was an error in the notification. She helped download the Kohl's application. The associate Whitney who helped me was so very helpful, patient & kind! She was very informative and if you happen to have & meet Whitney, she was the BEST and has the best customer service! We need more people like her in the world today! Thank you, Whitney for your kindness, and assisting me at the North Smithfield, Kohls, & reassured me & made sure that I received the discount no matter how long it took! Thank you again Whitney! “Had an issue with my Butter Timberlands, whereas inside of boot lining was defective from factory. The management team just needed to see the issue firsthand!! Long story short management replaced without any issues. Resolving customer concerns is a high priority at this location??????”

“The store manager at Rue21 Emerald Mall was AWESOMENESS at her finest this holiday season. I can't remember her name, but she went out of her way to ensure I had the best shopping experience in her store. She was a thin, but mature woman who knew her stuff :-). She even took the shirt I wanted (Betty Boop) off the manikin and sold it to me. At check out she reminded me of the current sale so I went to get another shirt, she then told me of some matching sweats. Of course I got them and told her to please let me go or else I'd buy the entire store. We laughed, she thanked me and I thanked her. It's Christmas today and my daughter LOVED the purchases I made there. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”

“Love this location! I know it's an outlet store BUT they usually always have stuff 60% off and they do have a nice selection for woman and men. They have clothing , accessories and they have active wear which is super cute. Every-time I come to this location the workers are super nice the store is always very clean and the store isn't cluttered. The fitting rooms are also always very clean. Always great deals I feel like the whole store is always so cheap , feels like a clearance store to me. This store is located inside wrentham village. I'm not a preppy kind of dressy but they have a lot of different styles lately , I love their new active wear it's super cute. Give this place a go and I promise you that you will feel like this store is always on sale.”

“Great store with awesome deals. We love going to this store. Everything there is high quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is top notch as well. We got home (live about an hour away) and found an extra item in our bag that had mistakenly been put in while bagging. I called them up to see how I could return it and they told me that it was their fault and to keep it. They said they wouldn't expect me to go out of my way to correct their error. I will definitely be going back! Also, they offer a 15% military discount I believe.”
