Belmont Wheelworks is a very busy but always friendly and helpful shop servicing the greater Boston cycling community. It is a top bike house with a wonderful and knowledgeable, helpful staff. The selection is second to none, featuring the largest selection of bicycles, including antique and cutting edge bicycles side by side, as well as cycling related products like tires that can be unavailable elsewhere. They have bicycles for kids, commuters, recreational riders, professional competitors and everything in between. The staff is exceptional, helpful, and knowledgeable, making choosing a new bike a snap. They provide expert repair and are patient with thorough demonstrations. They spend much time with customers, helping with testing bikes, installations, and annual tune-ups. While they seem to be a shop for intensely serious cyclists, leisure bikers are also treated very well, creating a very positive and fun experience. Customers leave with a wonderful impression and would not hesitate to buy another bike there.
Got an amazing deal on a Ridley Kanzo gravel bike. Nick and Max were super helpful in making sure I had the right size frame. This was my first new bike in 35 years, so I appreciated the expert guidance and relaxed atmosphere. I've been riding the new bike for a week and absolutely loving it! 10/10 would shop here again.
