“Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I shopped the lot for about 40 minutes taking notes and looking at several trucks, tested drove two vehicles with absolutely no pressure to buy. I was pressed for time after spending over two hours at the dealership and walked out to sleep on the decision of what trim of Ram 1500 to buy.
Jay Miller was my sales consultant and Ryan was the sales manager. The next day I went back and worked out a deal with both of them.
After four Ford F150 XLTs and two lousy experiences recently with two Ford dealers, I decided to try RAM and I’m glad I did. Central 44 Jeep/RAM has a customer for life. I specifically went there because of their Google reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Kudos to Jay and Ryan

“Been working with them for years, and they do great work. One great thing i notice over the years, as they been growing and expanding, is they remain the same great shop that just wants to do the right job at the right price. The persistence over the years of always making sure they are doing the right job, do it well, and only fix whats broken is what keep me coming back. Also if they can give you options on various ways to fix at different price points, they will. I had times that I tried to talk them into doing more and they talk me out of it. I like to bring my cars to the chains auto place so i can use them for the deals on their loss leader stuff (discount oil changes, free tire rotations, complimentary multi point inspections), but when they hand me the list of stuff to fix, i just tell them no, I just drop it off at Paul's to fix it or tell me if its a actual problem.
Been sending family and friends to them for years now and everyone raves about them too.”

“I want to say thank you to Tim for his honesty and great work that his crew did on my 2014 Lexus RX350. I had a few places saying that I needed a complete new transmission due to the shuttering that was happening. But Tim suggested that I just do a Torque converter change and I could save a lot of money. Well I did !!! What was going to cost me anywhere between $6000-$9000. only cost me $3000.00.

“Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff here who helped me yesterday during a routine inspection.
The mechanic inquired as to whether or not I have trouble seeing at night because my headlights were... bad. (Pointing in the wrong directions and bulbs installed incorrectly.) Me, being me, I never noticed it. I bought the car two years ago and must have gotten used to having terrible visibility at night and blamed it on my poor night vision (I wear glasses at night to drive). He tinkered around under my hood and adjusted the bulbs, making them OK to pass inspection. I went on my merry way.
It wasn't until I drove my car to the store after nightfall that I realized exactly HOW MUCH he helped me out by adjusting those bulbs. It was so, so bad. I can't believe I was driving around like that for so long. I was truly blown away by the difference.
Thank you to Norwest Auto. I thought he was just being a stickler at first, but now I see how lucky I was to have such an attentive and thorough person inspecting my car. I'm blown away that my usual shop never noticed this issue.

“I found a wheel seal leaking this morning and couldn’t find a shop near me that could get me in until later in the week. After a quick google search I found this place. I was told they could look at my truck after lunch. We found breaks close to needing replacement, so I agreed to replace shoes and drum on drives. Four hours later I’m headed to my next load.
