“Got flat returning to NYS from vacation in Cape Cod. Called and was told they could take care of us and once towed, they were understanding of our predicament and took us right in. We were in and out within 45 min. Knowing we were out of state and at their mercy, easily could've been overcharged but extremely fair priced and way under what we had anticipated. Highly recommend if you live in area and need service or God forbid are traveling and need help!”

“I’d like to share my outstanding experience with this family owned company over the past few years.
They are an honest, hardworking family that leads with integrity. They have always done what is best for the car owner every opportunity they have.
I have personally taken my car there with my personal theories on what’s wrong and how much it would cost, and more than once, they have led with integrity and done the correct repair at a lower cost.
Today, I got an oil change at SpeeDee oil change. They recommended a $1500 repair and really pressured me. I took it to my trusted Professional Car Zone instead.
They diagnosed in front of me. Wanted me involved, showed me the problem and solution in real time. They made the repair for $80. They were happy to do the this because their honesty and integrity creates returning customers.
I will never bring my car to anyone else as this family has shown nothing but the best interest for the car owner. I cannot recommend them enough. Best mechanic of my life and I’m lucky to live so close.”

I brought my 2019 Audi A5 Sportback to them after a frustrating experience elsewhere, and the difference was crazy. They started work immediately, kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, and provided photo updates showing the progress of the vehicle.
What impressed me most was their communication and attention to detail. Every time I contacted them, they knew exactly who I was and the status of my vehicle. I never felt like I was being shuffled around or treated like just another claim number.
Karen was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain what was happening with the repair and insurance process. The owner was no different. Everyone at this shop clearly knows what they’re doing.
I used to be a GM mechanic, so I know the other side of the service desk and what it’s like dealing with customers and their vehicles all day.
The repair itself came out excellent. The paint match is spot-on, the body lines are straight, the doors and windows close perfectly, there is no wind noise, and the vehicle drives exactly as it should.
I also paid for an additional waxing service, and my car came out looking like it just came off the dealer lot. Bravo.
My Audi looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. If I ever need body work again (hopefully never), this will be the first shop I call. Highly recommended.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this shop and Roger! Absolutely fantastic customer service. Kept in touch the entire time and even worked with my insurance to make it easier for me. I was going to ask about a tiny little chip of paint I had on my hood because I wanted to know the best way to fix it because online had mixed answers. I forgot to ask and I got home and walked around and saw it wasn’t there anymore and they fixed it for me anyways! I was beyond excited. Super accommodating, friendly and affordable. I don’t write many reviews but I had to after dealing with them, especially fixing my chip without me asking! Saved me a headache!!!!”
“I had a great experience with Arnold’s when my car broke down on vacation in Lincoln on a holiday weekend. They were able to get us back on the road within about 32 hours of my first call to them. “Mike at M&M does good work; I've taken my cars to his shop for state inspections for 10+ years and just had new brakes done on my minivan (pads and rotors). I stopped by at around noontime on a Monday to see when he might be able to do the job, and was happy to hear him say that I could drop the car off later that day. He gave me the price immediately, so there were no surprises about what to expect later. Other places I've been to usually give you an estimate, then call you about some other problem they found, then give you a bill that's much higher than what they said it would be. M&M's not like that - it's an old-school independent shop run by an honest, hard-working expert mechanic. My car was ready on Tuesday afternoon and the price was exactly what I had been quoted. If you need brakes or other service, Mike's the guy to see.
I've also bought a car from M&M - there are usually 3 or 4 used vehicles for sale out front - late model Jeeps, Nissans and others, all reasonably priced. I picked out a 2014 Volvo S60 for my son - it's his first car and it looks and runs great. The buying process couldn't have been easier; Mike had all of the paperwork ready to go, so all we had to do was write the check and drive away. Truly a great experience all-around!”
