Every concern, large or small, is handled with immense care, and Saturday's appointment for Ginny was no exception. The visit and the care at Healthy Paws are top shelf all the time.”

I had a concern with my orange doofus here where he had a lump on his neck (ended up being a HUGE tick) and the other vets in the area denied seeing him but, Leominster Animal Hospital was willing to see him right away without an account setup there! Dr. Robert C. Feccia was awesome and so were all the tech who were all so kind! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Please take your pets here!”

“Our experience with sterling animal shelter has been nothing short of incredible. I live an hour and 10 minutes away from the shelter but this facility was SO fast and on top of answering my voicemail and email about getting my dog spayed. They seriously were so kind , caring, informative, and over all helpful. They were able to get my doggy in the NEXT day of me reaching out to them because of the urgent situation we were dealing with. They made it so easy and I feel secure knowing my dog is healing up wonderfully and we will refer to this facility to many others and in the future . Thank you to all the staff and for everything you all do for our 4 legged babies . This is the easiest process I’ve ever dealt with and they made a stressful situation a whole lot easier on top of a hard time so much better. “I recently adopted a little Frenchie mix who is high energy and super reactive but also in need of a checkup and way overdue for a nail trim.
I am so happy to have found VCA online, they have many locations Westborough is closest to us.Our first visit didn’t go very well .. my poor little girl was petrified and made sure everyone in the office knew it . Dr Elbaz was patient gentle and completely understanding. No treatment was forced on her and we were not charged for the appointment. Instead we were given 2 prescriptions for anti anxiety medication and a new appointment. Which was today and was such a great experience.The whole staff is friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. Dr Elbaz is very down to earth and easy to talk to. The assistants were also very relaxed and easy to talk to . VCA is very affordable and has a no pressure approach . No products or treatments were pushed on me at either of our appointments and it is obvious that they are very well stocked with anything needed to care for or spoil our pets . The first visit is FREE Im not sure how long this special deal will be valid I would suggest anyone needing to take their pet for a check up look into VCA . The staff is friendly compassionate and knowledgeable they will do right by you , your precious pet and your pocket ♥️”

“My dog obsessively plays with tennis balls, and it had looked like her teeth were pretty badly worn down. She is also fear aggressive, so I was very nervous about going to a new place. Scheduling the appointment was easy. They also allowed us to do a same day consultation and procedure. They were very great with her reactivity and had us wait in an exam room until her procedure and were great for if we needed anything. We were able to come and go and my dog was able to go on multiple walks while we waited which she loved. She did end up getting her teeth pulled but the doctor was lovely about continually updating us with what they were doing. They are absolutely worth the price and I will be coming here again!”

My husband and I have our first puppy of our own, so this has all been new to us, and the staff, nurses, and doctors have been so helpful with everything. “We went here for my cats vaccines and wanted him neutered as well. They were able to get everything done in one day for waaayy less than the price it would been in another vet. Mind you we called everywhere for pricing, as we didn't have much of a budget as a single mom and everything being so expensive, and we are so grateful for this place! The vet who attended my cat 'Pebbles' was super kind and knowledgeable. He went home with all the needed meds and everything. We even found out he had fleas we would've never noticed unless they told us and they treated him for that as well. He got optimal care here and I would recommend this place to anyone! It's been 3 days after his neutering procedure and he's doing phenomenal. They even called me to see how he was doing! We are scheduled back soon. Thank you to everyone who is involved in the care of these animals ? ?”

“I can’t say enough about the exceptional care our dog Nikki received at VCA Northborough this past Saturday.
Nikki was attacked by another dog on her afternoon walk and needed urgent treatment for multiple wounds to her neck, shoulder, chest, and front leg. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Kim, Dr. Knight, and the entire staff treated Nikki with such compassion, skill, and dedication. They stayed well past closing time to make sure she was stable and comfortable enough to come home with us that night, knowing she would rest better at home than staying overnight.
We are so grateful for the level of care and attention Nikki received during such a frightening time. Her wounds will take a couple of weeks to heal, and her spirit may take a little longer, but she is already well on her way to a full recovery, thanks in no small part to the incredible team at VCA Northborough.

“I can’t say enough good things. My husband and I called around in an emergency late at night for my sick chicken who was suffering. My local vet emergency hospital was rude to me, stating they had to charge the price of a dog and it would be $400. I called another place in the area who were very nice but their pricing was similar.
I finally called Tufts around 9pm, this was our first experience with them. They are a little far from our home but it was well worth the drive. They were excellent from beginning to end. Their prices were more than fair, I believe because it’s a research university hospital. They were welcoming, patient, and understanding, and the hospital itself is very nice. They have a super comfortable large waiting area with well stocked snack machines and I believe they even have coffee.
We were able to donate the chicken to research, which there is a great need for with poultry.
Our sincere thanks to the whole team who helped us, from reception to checkout. We have already told our family and friends about our experience and we will definately be utilizing your services in the future.”

“Had to bring my six month old puppy there because she went crashing through a storm door window. She had a big cut on a pour and a little tear and her tendon.
They have been amazing here, I would recommend anybody going there close by. It should be closer animal hospitals for emergencies.

“Nobody wants to come to this place, it's usually when you've exhausted all other options at your local Vet. I can tell you, they make it as tolerable as they can, all things considered. We came here with our Great Dane, Charlie, after first seeing the emergency vet in Springfield who could offer little help for her enlarged heart. The staff are accommodating and empathetic for what we're were dealing with. They got Charlie back on her feet and she's much better now. Also, we had to pay up-front for a portion of the estimated bill (75%) when we left her there for treatment, and can you believe it, they gave us money back. That NEVER happened at any other vet we've used. Many vets are just out for the almighty $ but these folks didn't try and gouge us. I wish we had came straight here instead of wasting $5,000 at the emergency vet, which I was not impressed with to begin with. If your pet is sick, do yourself a favor and come here and skip the "middle-man" at the emergency vet.”
