“Amazing place! One of the places in Salem that aren't super geared towards tourists. No wands or harry potter T shirts. They have a lot of art from local artists and a wide selection of oddities, clothes and body products. The employee who helped us was really helpful and lovely and the music is there was really nice. We came from flying saucer who was only playing Taylor Swift, so it was a breath of fresh air lol”

“I purchased a purple wool shawl from here in the fall of 2022, absolutely love it. I love it so much I'm seriously considering traveling to here again from out of state to get another. I can't find any others like it online. I really wished they had them on their website so I could order online or something. But oh well. The shawls are visible outside their storefront on google maps at least. Vouch.”

“I thoroughly enjoy visiting Marblehead Antiques!!! Harriet is the wonderful Proprietor of the shop. She is extremely pleasant and helpful ,and really knowledgeable at her craft. The environment of the shop is lovely, and One can find Harriet behind her desk, and welcoming all guests. It has a very relaxed atmosphere, and I enjoy sitting and talking with her at times. I find the shop. extremely interesting, as all items have an amazing history. Articles in the antique store are many, & have anywhere from vintage hats, jewelry, tables, chairs, bureaus, etc., but it sure is fun looking through this adorable little shop, which appeals to everyone’s taste. Highly recommended by me!?”

“Very gracious owner, and plenty of interesting things. The prices are high, but so is the quality. Even if you are not buying, it is a pleasure to look through David's collection. Who knows? You may buy something. My wife got me something I liked for Xmas.”

“This is primarily a shop that displays an impressive number of clocks for sale, and repairs clocks and watches. The gentleman and his wife who own the shop are old school, very charming, and very helpful. The owner/watch-clock repairman only changed my watch battery on the spot for $15, which is a fair price around here. And on a Sunday afternoon at that. But far more interesting and entertaining was conversation with other customers who were there for clocks and were obviously repeat customers. A first-rate place and conveniently located.”

“Some stuff In here is ridiculously priced, every person feels as if because it's old, it's worth a lot, and that's not the case. But in all honesty it's fun to poke around in here and sometimes you can find some cool stuff.”

“This is a small little place right downtown. You can certainly go here for a Swampscott and Marblehead themed item. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Everything has a French feel -whcih I love. Elegant and fun at the same time. Lots of candles, French soaps and hand creams and lots of other items to go with that. Since I love everything French, this is a great place! Baby gifts as well - hand printed tea towels etc. Definitely lots of little items to look at and browse through! Family owned business too!”

“I won't post the items and treasures because that's yours to explore in person. This place is a museum that you can pick from with a wager. Enjoy if you find yourself in Ipswich.”

“Map placement is close, but not quite. It's to the north of the pin a few hundred feet. Colossal inventory in close quarters. Furniture and other items in pretty good to excellent condition. If you are up for an antiquing adventure, plan to spend time in this place. Bring a flashlight - will help see details. Lighting is fine, but there's a lot of shadows. We got several items we really like.”
