“I stopped at the Cabot Street branch to use the ATM then went to the counter to get change for a $20. Noelle was very helpful and discussed a 0% interest on balance transfer card offer. When finished I asked if they had any of the Bruins Centennial pins left even though the giveaway was over. Her coworker Bridgette said they were out, but that I could have hers. I politely declined but she insisted. She made my afternoon! That is exceptional service. Thank you both.”

As of recent, I was helped by a lady named Hannah. Wow! I can honestly say I have never received the kindest most efficient customer service as I did with her. She was knowledgeable, kind and followed through with my situation. Im literally proud to bank here! Thank you!”
“Bank of America has always been my favorite bank to use for credit cards and checking accounts. Anytime I have ever been charged any type of late fees, overdraft fees, etc. they're always willing to work with me and completely eliminate the fees every time. My credit card is connected to my bank of America checking account, so, if I ever have a direct withdrawal or payments that put my account into the negative, bank of America automatically charges my credit card to bring my account to an even balance so I can avoid any fees. One of their wonderful employees, a woman who works at the Bank of America on enon St in Beverly Massachusetts, went above and beyond in helping me file tons of paperwork, photos and documents to support a charge back I was in the middle of, for buying a fraudulent autograph piece of memorabilia on the website Mercari. She spent about an hour helping me and eventually I received my $575 back from the credit card charge back.”
