“Working with Maria was such a great experience. She was welcoming from the start and made me feel comfortable right away. She really listened to what I needed and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. The day I worked with her, the branch was very busy and short staff, but Maria handled it amazingly. She was helping people in the lobby while also helping two clients in different offices at the same time and somehow still made everyone feel like a priority. She stayed calm, positive, and focused. “I only saw the reviews when I logged on to look at the hours today. To anyone complaining about the parking on weekends - What other PRIVATE lot allows you to park for free in Salem, or any other tourist town or city for that matter? A review of the parking lot is not a review of the bank. I have been a customer for 19 years in the Salem location, 10 years before in Marblehead. These folks are fabulous! No matter how long it's been since I have been there in person they always greet me with a smile and have helped me problem solve on many occasions. It feels like an old school bank neighborhood bank.”

I have always found the people courteous and willing to help -- with banking, notarizing, check cashing, etc. ATM used dozens of times without a problem. I'm certainly not saying the complaints are wrong, but they are just very unlucky -- because I've been there scores of times and never once had a problem. I'd recommend this bank and this branch!”
