“Our customer service representative was Rozana Cotzany - my wife and I went in because of an issue of fraud regarding our checking account. We thought it was a simple “open a new checking account” and as things went on with her help we realized paperwork and secure chat items we thought were all set hadn’t been. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement especially seeing as by the time we came down from Maine to deal with this issue we weren’t in an especially good mind set. Rozana reached out to Sue Fang from your Beverly Farms location, who is always cordial and efficient in our time of need, for information and then She cordially and effectively worked us through multiple processes, opening a new account - new debit cards - filling out the fraud paperwork ( which I had previously sent in), and by the time my wife and I left we couldn’t believe what had just been done for us. A ++++ and many kudos to Rozana she could certainly be a role model for any education or intern programs you may have.”

“After updating my will, I went to the Dodge Street M&T Bank in Beverly to have it notarized. Maho Dzebic, the notary, told me Massachusetts requires two witnesses and I had only brought one. I told Maho that I would return with my son-in-law, but he explained that the spouse of a beneficiary is excluded as a witness, so I brought a neighbor instead. My attorney told me to thank the notary for carefully adhering to Massachusetts law pertaining to notarizing wills. Otherwise, my will would be rejected by the probate court resulting in a very costly and delayed settlement of my estate. So thank you Maho Dzebic and thank you M&T Bank for having such a qualified staff. M&T has been my bank since they opened and they never disappoint!”

“Bank of America has always been my favorite bank to use for credit cards and checking accounts. Anytime I have ever been charged any type of late fees, overdraft fees, etc. they're always willing to work with me and completely eliminate the fees every time. My credit card is connected to my bank of America checking account, so, if I ever have a direct withdrawal or payments that put my account into the negative, bank of America automatically charges my credit card to bring my account to an even balance so I can avoid any fees. One of their wonderful employees, a woman who works at the Bank of America on enon St in Beverly Massachusetts, went above and beyond in helping me file tons of paperwork, photos and documents to support a charge back I was in the middle of, for buying a fraudulent autograph piece of memorabilia on the website Mercari. She spent about an hour helping me and eventually I received my $575 back from the credit card charge back.”
