CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states, where anyone age 10 or older can get tested. They offer lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause lab delays. Despite some mixed reviews, the pharmacy staff is generally described as great and friendly, taking the time to answer questions and concerns. However, the service at the pharmacy has been criticized as lousy, with long wait times and busy staff leading to poor attitudes. The store itself is well-stocked and clean, though the lack of cashiers often means customers have to use self-checkout. Some reviewers have expressed frustration with the CVS app, feeling pressured to use it when picking up prescriptions, even though it's not mandatory. Overall, CVS appears to provide a mixed experience, with the pharmacy staff receiving praise but the service and app-related issues causing frustration for some customers. The business remains a popular choice, especially for its 24-hour availability and coronavirus testing options.
This is a very busy pharmacy and I truly feel they do their best and are well staffed. When i use the app for my prescriptions, they always call back quickly if i have questions. The pharmacists are super nice/helpful

I purchase most of my medical and personal needs at CVS but another category that I am impressed with is their extremely nice selection of greeting cards at quite reasonable prices. I always seem to be able to find just the right card for whatever occasion that I need a card for. It is an added treat when shopping st CVS.

Dom at the front desk was wonderful. I always have a great experience at CVS. Of course they’re a little pricey.
