I don't understand the poor reviews. Toni is amazing, she takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. The pharmacy staff is great! They can't control the wait times and how busy it gets. They do their best.

of all the places this is certainly a place.there usually isn’t a cashier, so prepare for self-checkout. it’s pet clean, and it’s stocked up.

They charged me for the Covid and Flu vaccines (~$250) saying (at the pharmacy) that there was an issue with their system at that moment and that my insurance would for sure reimburse me later. They were lying, my insurance said they don't even work with CVS anymore. Sure, my bad for believing them, but there is really no excuse to treat your customers that way. A complete lack of care and empathy.

I had a bad experience at CVS. It’s not the first time I get coupons at the extra back on them. I try to redeem them and they keep telling me it’s not my account but I keep get the extra by coupons. Somethings not right very aggravated. Beware.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. I understand their understaffed and I sympathize with them. But they are the rudest uncaring pharmacy. It's almost every person at the drive-up window seems to be rude. I am going to look for a better place to pick up my medications. I'm not even sure where to look anymore.

They have totally screwed up a perfectly good website.Up until this week I was able to use my CVS icon and go right to my account and get answers and access to my prescriptions and their status. Now they want me to connect or sync and they will not let me go to my prescriptions for some strange reason you guys used to have a good clean website, useful and simple. Now you made it more complicated and it doesn’t work. Congratulations.

I have been trying to get my prescription for almost two months now. But whenever I come they automatically make an excuse. One day we went in and they told me that they had the medication but needed a prescription refill notifaction because mine expired. So I did it in the store and when we came back two days later they said they never got the notification. I called my doctors and they said that indeed they did at 1:50 while this stuff was happening at 3. So they lied to me about this. The next day I went back and suddnlty they don't have it. The next week I tried again One day they do have it the next day they don't. Its been bothering me because now I have to go to revere to pick it up. This random women came to me and said sorry we don't hold Medication and wait for people its first come first serve. That angered me because for a while we have been coming there mostly everyday to try and get it and somehow they don't have it, then they do, then you need to do this first and when we try we still can't get it. Its coming to the point where I might take legal action because this is ridiculous that this keeps happening.

If you ever want to be treated poorly for simply asking a question about filling your prescription call here. While checking if my medication was in stock the woman was rude, snarky and unprofessional as if I should have already known the answer. I honestly barely ever leave reviews, but being a Registered Nurse myself if I ever treated a patient that way in the hospital I would receive a written warning. I am fully aware that every area of healthcare is short staffed and overwhelmed, I experience it too on a daily basis being treat much worse, but I would never talk to a patient that way. Management needs to address how their employees treat customers as this is far from the first time this has happened.

CVS denied my daughter bathroom use and as a result she had an accident on the way out of the store. So much for being a store that cares about its customers and their health. This is the same CVS corporation that asks its customers for donations yet they don’t allow the public to use their bathroom? The same CVS that asks customers like myself to be part of their advisory panel?

Less than a year ago I made the switch to this CVS from the Walgreens across the street, after being a decades-long customer (cross country).My first impressions were happy w/ most of the store in general. The pharmacy staff was quite friendly and pretty spot-on and overall better than Walgreens...Until the CVS App at the pharm counter.There is a piece of paper w/ a scannable code that will allow instant script information (I think). Here's the issue...for the last five visits picking up my meds, I'm asked 'Do you have the app?" and I always respond 'No, I don't have room on my phone'...I'm starting to feel kinda bad when I say this because now the response from the counter person is a deflated 'Oh', like I've just disappointed them!One time I asked If it was mandatory and the answer was 'No, but it makes things easier'. From when? Did the job change in complication over the lasts year??So now I have to deal with a Guilt Trip when I get my meds!Here's the reality...Many folks don't have room on their phone for another app!Many folks don't Want another app, especially a Pharmacy app!Some folks own a '**** phone' and Can't have apps!This has lessened my impression of CVS and I know I'm only one person, but, come on!

Horrible pharmacy employees.Only Pharmacist with European accent is nice. I believe her name is Olga. The other pharmacists are rude, abrupt and demonstrate poor customer service. Window employees are unfriendly. Female pharmacist with glasses and has been there more than anyone is the worst pharmacist. She never helps or acknowledge customers. Won’t even look or acknowledge customers who are waiting. She gives the pharmacy a bad reputation. She usually wears a blue uniforms and has olive skin. She should leave the pharmacy.

The heavyset lady with the dirty blonde hair. Very rudely spoke to me. Idk if it’s because she has lack of control or she’s irrelevant but the water is never stocked. Like ever!! So like I’ve been doing for months, is grabbing it myself. If she did her job, I wouldn’t have to do it!!!

I Never have a problem at this pharmacy...I know they r short staffed but so are many other pharmacies....give them a break everyone there are friendly especially the pharmacists....
