They really need to inform staff about policies I’ve been going here to get Change for my office for the past year and now all of a sudden it isn’t possible made me wait a whole 30 minutes for nothing supper unprofessional.

I have banked with Salem Five since 1989 when it was Heritage bank. I just closed all my accounts there. They have terrible customer service with zero customer loyalty. I had my account hacked of $2500 and they did absolutely nothing to help me.
