“AAA sent Shane from New Beverly Auto Clinic to my house when my car battery died. He arrived promptly. I was trying to decide if I should have my car towed to the dealership, but I am glad I did not. Shane tested the battery and confirmed that it was not taking the charge. He made sure to replace it with exactly the same type of battery that was in my car. He also checked the owner’s manual to make sure that certain things that had to be reset were reset after he had installed the battery so that the electronics worked ok. My daughter and I have the same SUV and she also had her battery replaced at the dealership a few weeks before - for twice the cost.
