I was treated so well by Noel at the initial purchase I did not hesitate to return to the store for more customer support the following day. Noel went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, got the discounts I was eligible for, and was comfortable with operating the phone. While he was juggling 2 other customers he still was attentive and professional. I would recommend the store and this associate highly.

Noel did a great job. I bought an I -14 and an iPad. Noel explained everything in Laymans terms for me to understand, in a simple manner. He was very very knowledgeable with all the products and every question I had he answered to my satisfaction. He took his time because there was a lot of work to be done and help me understand every question I asked him. I would definitely send friends or family to see him if they have to purchase anything new from Verizon I am completely satisfied, and he said if there’s any problem, stop by anytime and he will take care of it
