“We've used Marshall's many times over the 20+ years that we've lived in Billerica, and every experience has been great. They're friendly to us, and work well with our insurance to make the process as smooth as possible.”

“I needed to get my car repaired because of a major accident to the front end of my Acura and Brian’s shop was on my insurance company’s list. After reading the reviews, I scheduled the repairs and Brian took care of everything with the insurance company, even when the estimate had to be adjusted considerably. Communication was great. Brian let me know how it was going and what to expect. My car came out of his shop looking new! Plus he had it detailed before I picked it up! I highly recommend Brian for any auto body work you need done. Just call and book it. You won’t be disappointed.”

“My honda was rear-ended and the whole bumper/trunk had to be replaced being a hatchback. I was initially concerned because they would have to get non-OEM parts and wanted to make sure the paint matched. But the repair was done perfectly and the paint matched just right. They did incredible work, and definitely recommend here for any body collision repairs.”

“Most convenient spot for any insurance covered repair. They arrange doorstep rental car pickup and drop off at their facility. Nadia is an excellent communicator - car was pristine clean when delivered - just make sure to understand their drop off and pickup timings - other than that a great service 5 Star”

“Never had a problem with them. Even if they had to order it . They are a very hard working store . Sometimes its not there a fault. But never had a problem even if I had to order something. I hope they have my parts tomorrow that I need. ?”

“Wow. What an incredible experience. My car battery died while shopping as a single mom with my two small children. We walked the plaza from Cvs all the way to the store “advanced auto parts” at 700 Boston Road in Billerica mass. I never thought that they would be able to not only sell me a new battery at a good price but also install it right away, walk to my car, which was across the entire parking lot. The service was impeccable, the kindness of the employee who took us in and said he would help us (Angel) was above and beyond. He walked with us kindly all the way to our car, reassured my son who was afraid that everything would be OK that we would be home in no time and that he would be able to handle the situation. He was humble and polite. I am so grateful for this experience I just had with Angel at advanced auto parts at 700 Boston Road in Billerica, MA today. I would recommend the shop to anyone. 5 stars!!!”

“Had fender rot repaired on my pickup truck at the Billerica location. Nice job, quickly done, good paint match and fair price. Don't expect a waiting room, however.”
