Jim Burns was very responsive and helpful while we scheduled my appointment to have a new tonneau cover installed on a Ram 1500. It would have been next day service except that I called too late in the day for Jim to get the part ordered for next day delivery. The new cover looks fantastic and was expertly installed. They have a nice, clean waiting room where you can bring your laptop and work while you wait. Highly recommended!”
