“I deal with Mike, Rich, and Ashley regularly- and what a huge breath of fresh air compared to other locations. I'm not an easy customer to please and they go the extra "100 miles" to accommodate pur needs. I manage a local fleet and my own mobile mechanic project. I'll just say if any of these people worked in a Lowell location, I would deal with Lowell regularly too (I stay away from Lowell because of the long history of careless screw ups).”
