“Have needed to borrow a tool kit, and the jumper battery numerous times from this location, they always allow me to do so without issues.
One time I had to take the jumper battery all the way to downtown Lowell and they still let me do so with a collateral.
Another time, I came in for the brake rotors/pads deal (Buy 2 rotors get pads free) not realizing it was an online-only deal, and instead of belittling me the guy told me to just place an online order and he processed it for me as soon as it was received.
