Talked on the phone with someone from this store about the promotion of getting a deal on a phone from switching carriers and keeping my number. She took my info and told me i could get the phone i was looking for. Then i come to the store and the guy tells me it will be over $400 when i was told $49.99. And the same guy in the store 2 days ago told me $500 and there were no deals. These people are just trying to scam you don't use their store

I had no service for the entire day after a phone number portability issue made in another store in Everett and spent hours calling Metro by T-Mobile with no solution.
Frustrated, I went to this store, and Samantha was an absolute LIFESAVER! She fixed my problem and restored my service in less than five minutes. Best employee ever—thank you, Samantha!

When To Upgrade Memory On My Phone, Was Told That I Would Have To Buy a New Phone😡, I Own a Brand New Phone That Is Upgradable, This Person Does Not Know What She Is Selling, I Only Whent Here For an Extra Charger Cord While I Was In The Area and Asked About Memory Update.

Zero stars if I could. Came at 11AM right when they "open." Store was closed. Went to Dollar Tree to kill some time. Came back at 11:15AM, still closed. Gave it a couple mins until 11:25AM still no one showed up. Waste of time

Today I went to the MetroPCS store in Bilerica (484 Boston Rd Unit 102) where the service was terrible. The attendant was completely uninterested in solving the problem and had a lazy attitude, bordering on neglect. Very bad experience.

It says Metro buy T-Mobile but yet you can't service T-Mobile customers or help T-Mobile customer. Unacceptable. It does not matter whether or not there's a T-Mobile alternate store in the same shopping center. I could literally close my account just from this poor experience. Very simple what I was asking. At least for somebody who understands and comprehends what the complication is. I have a notification going off every single minute and I don't know which one it is and I needed to be turned off but I need the rest of my notifications to still be on. They suggested just to turn the notifications off all together which completely nullifies the point of notifications
