“Overall, things went smoothly with the rental. The main issue is that the full number of pads I had ordered were not available and the some of the ones they had were damp and mildewy. I was discounted on the cost of pads, which was nice, but besides the unpleasant smell they did leave some wet marks on furniture. As it was second hand furniture it wasn't too big of an issue - but it could be for someone else.”

“The associates at this location were the best I’ve experienced. After my rental, I went into the store for more boxes. I heard one client, who was on the phone, ask if the lines were recorded because he wanted whomever was listening to know the associate deserved a raise. I concur.
It was 19 degrees and after doing all of the self check out in the frigid cold, the truck I was assigned wouldn’t start. Completely frustrating. Fortunately, the associate had just arrived that morning. She turned what was beginning to be terrible experience, into a good one. She made sure I had a clean, working truck, which I so appreciated.
They all work as if they are the owners. You can’t ask for more than that.”
“My dually broke down late In the evening on a Wednesday and it wasn’t looking good as far as getting it fixed in time. Thursday morning, while I was facing possibly 2 weeks without a truck and cancelling big orders that I was depending on to pay bills and keep my business going into the next month, I called 7 enterprise truck rental locations who all said they didn’t have one ton duallys and we’re not helpful past that. When I called these guys and spoke to Nick, he immediately said he would call around and see what he could do. Within 10 minutes he called back and would have a dually ready to go that afternoon WITH the fifth wheel hitch already installed so I could attach my flatbed and finish my work until my truck was fixed. They got this truck moved 2 hours north from where it was.Luckily, I was able to find out what was wrong with my truck and locate the very hard to find part. I fixed it that Thursday night in the middle of the night and was testing it out Friday (today) on a few jobs to make sure everything was still good. Nick called to check on me, and I told him I wanted to make sure things were for sure fixed over the weekend and that I would touch base with him Monday. He was happy to do that for me even though I might not actually get the truck. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced with enterprise.Thankfully for my sake I didn’t need to get a rental in the end, at least so far, but I was looking at possibly losing my business after a particularly difficult year that couldn’t support 2 weeks without working. Nick understood how important it was and if I had not fixed my truck, that rental he got ready for me last minute would have saved my business. I can’t express enough how important people like that are when you’re a single owner small business and you have emergency problems. He will be the first one I call if I have issues again even if i’m out of the area .”

“I recently rented a moving van from the Lawrence location, and can't speak highly enough about Kendall! He was very efficient, and professional throughout the process. I had reserved the 12 foot truck to move my items to Florida. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the 12 foot truck had the check engine light on, and he had offered me the 16 foot truck. Although I drove this truck home, there was no way I could drive this truck to Florida. I returned the next day, and they had a van which was the same size basically as the 12 foot truck. My items fit in this van perfectly! The van seats were very comfortable, smooth ride with no issues at all! Returning the van was just as easy. Thank you so much, Kendall, for making this part of my move seamless!”

“This review solely relates to the store where they sell moving and packing supplies. I am not reviewing the storage aspect of this business, since i have never used this particular service. I was in search of a shipping box approximately 25-27" L x 26" W x 17-18" Tall. My first stop was the UPS Store, who wanted $26.00 for this box! Outrageous! My next stop was here. Virtually the same box was only $7.95. The lady at the register was very kind and professional. I found what i needed in just a few minutes, after comparing a few different sized boxes to make sure they were the correct size I needed to ship an item by carrier. I accomplished my mission in about five minutes! Next time I need shipping/moving supplies this is where I am purchasing them from!”
“I found the staff and the building to be exceptional. The office hours are accomodating - they are open six days per week. If the staff is not available when you get there, they are also available to make an appointment and be there for me. The self storage facility is availble 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days per week. You can't ask for more than that - especially, since I have to get in there most of the time closer to 10 p.m. The office worker was very nice and helpful as well as the owner who gave me a tour of the building. Both have been there every time I needed some. They also have a forwarding number, after hours, which is answered 24/7. I liked that you didn't need any personnel there to access your self storage, since they have a very secure key pad access system in the back that I was soley responsible for and didn't need anyone to let me in. And, when I wanted to move out, I simply called and gave my notice and an email receipt was in my mailbox pronto! Their policy is clearly stated when I moved in and signed a contract indicating that I would be PRORATED on the way in, but if I moved out early, I was responsible for the entire month. After shopping around, all local self storage place have the same policy. I would highly recommend the office workers, the facility and the UHAUL rental service.”
