“I recently rented a storage unit at Stor-U-Self in Woburn, MA, and the experience couldn’t have gone more smoothly. This was my first time arranging a storage space, and I wasn’t sure what to expect—but thanks to Michal, the process was easy and stress-free from start to finish.
Michal was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. He made sure I fully understood the rental terms, access procedures, and payment options before moving forward. His thoughtful and professional approach gave me complete confidence in my decision.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with easy access and excellent organization. You can tell the staff take pride in keeping everything in top shape.
Overall, I highly recommend Stor-U-Self Woburn—especially if it’s your first time renting storage. Thanks to Michal and the team, what could have been overwhelming turned into a smooth, positive experience!”

“Amazing experience, Manager Nick and Manger Brian Flanagan (sorry for spelling if wrong) as well as the entire Woburn staff gave us white glove treatment!!! We truly felt like their only customers in the middle of holiday season too! They are extremely genuine, personable and creative/problem solvers. Enterprise didn’t give us a corporate feel, but rather a family vibe, even our 2 year old was all smiles and the office had her belly laughing and smiling with comfort and joy. We would highly recommend Enterprise no matter the location because clearly they have amazing leadership that starts from the top and trickles down to their entire staff! Grateful for deciding to go with Enterprise and look forward to seeing their staff again for any of our families needs, big or small!”

“The associates at this location were the best I’ve experienced. After my rental, I went into the store for more boxes. I heard one client, who was on the phone, ask if the lines were recorded because he wanted whomever was listening to know the associate deserved a raise. I concur.
It was 19 degrees and after doing all of the self check out in the frigid cold, the truck I was assigned wouldn’t start. Completely frustrating. Fortunately, the associate had just arrived that morning. She turned what was beginning to be terrible experience, into a good one. She made sure I had a clean, working truck, which I so appreciated.
They all work as if they are the owners. You can’t ask for more than that.”
“I recently rented a moving van from the Lawrence location, and can't speak highly enough about Kendall! He was very efficient, and professional throughout the process. I had reserved the 12 foot truck to move my items to Florida. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the 12 foot truck had the check engine light on, and he had offered me the 16 foot truck. Although I drove this truck home, there was no way I could drive this truck to Florida. I returned the next day, and they had a van which was the same size basically as the 12 foot truck. My items fit in this van perfectly! The van seats were very comfortable, smooth ride with no issues at all! Returning the van was just as easy. Thank you so much, Kendall, for making this part of my move seamless!”

“This is one of my first reviews of any kind :-) We haven't yet used any other rental place so can not compare but we have been satisfied with Taylor Rental. Used them twice for our party needs and they were nice and polite and always had stuff ready for us for pickup. No waits etc. Helped load and unload the stuff and the paperwork was neat. And today we had some water in the basement and they rented a pump. Again, very helpful. I would gladly recommend them to others. Gaurav”

“I found the staff and the building to be exceptional. The office hours are accomodating - they are open six days per week. If the staff is not available when you get there, they are also available to make an appointment and be there for me. The self storage facility is availble 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days per week. You can't ask for more than that - especially, since I have to get in there most of the time closer to 10 p.m. The office worker was very nice and helpful as well as the owner who gave me a tour of the building. Both have been there every time I needed some. They also have a forwarding number, after hours, which is answered 24/7. I liked that you didn't need any personnel there to access your self storage, since they have a very secure key pad access system in the back that I was soley responsible for and didn't need anyone to let me in. And, when I wanted to move out, I simply called and gave my notice and an email receipt was in my mailbox pronto! Their policy is clearly stated when I moved in and signed a contract indicating that I would be PRORATED on the way in, but if I moved out early, I was responsible for the entire month. After shopping around, all local self storage place have the same policy. I would highly recommend the office workers, the facility and the UHAUL rental service.”

“This review solely relates to the store where they sell moving and packing supplies. I am not reviewing the storage aspect of this business, since i have never used this particular service. I was in search of a shipping box approximately 25-27" L x 26" W x 17-18" Tall. My first stop was the UPS Store, who wanted $26.00 for this box! Outrageous! My next stop was here. Virtually the same box was only $7.95. The lady at the register was very kind and professional. I found what i needed in just a few minutes, after comparing a few different sized boxes to make sure they were the correct size I needed to ship an item by carrier. I accomplished my mission in about five minutes! Next time I need shipping/moving supplies this is where I am purchasing them from!”
“Had the worst luck. Had to move my business after a fire. Locked keys in the truck 20 minutes in, storage space wasn't ready, Unloaded the 26' myself...unbelievable. But the people at 1116 Mass ave. gave me all the time and compassion that I needed without a hassle. Turned out to be a great day(s), lol. Thanks!”
