“My Volvo Sleeper broken down in Tewkesbury Mass. It was the 8th time with a J1939 harness problems this year, with over 4 months down in dealerships. Rick the mechanic and the service managers they actually listened to me as a driver first not the computer to trouble shoot. 1 hour later had the problem solved a short in the wire. My company has spent 10's of thousands of dollars with towing and replacement of computers, parts and labor that was never needed. The customer service from tBallard management team was awesome. “This is one of my first reviews of any kind :-) We haven't yet used any other rental place so can not compare but we have been satisfied with Taylor Rental. Used them twice for our party needs and they were nice and polite and always had stuff ready for us for pickup. No waits etc. Helped load and unload the stuff and the paperwork was neat. And today we had some water in the basement and they rented a pump. Again, very helpful. I would gladly recommend them to others. Gaurav”

“I recently rented a moving van from the Lawrence location, and can't speak highly enough about Kendall! He was very efficient, and professional throughout the process. I had reserved the 12 foot truck to move my items to Florida. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the 12 foot truck had the check engine light on, and he had offered me the 16 foot truck. Although I drove this truck home, there was no way I could drive this truck to Florida. I returned the next day, and they had a van which was the same size basically as the 12 foot truck. My items fit in this van perfectly! The van seats were very comfortable, smooth ride with no issues at all! Returning the van was just as easy. Thank you so much, Kendall, for making this part of my move seamless!”
