“My Volvo Sleeper broken down in Tewkesbury Mass. It was the 8th time with a J1939 harness problems this year, with over 4 months down in dealerships. Rick the mechanic and the service managers they actually listened to me as a driver first not the computer to trouble shoot. 1 hour later had the problem solved a short in the wire. My company has spent 10's of thousands of dollars with towing and replacement of computers, parts and labor that was never needed. The customer service from tBallard management team was awesome. If I don't return the car to the company that has no credibility for me, I will never rent a car in motion again a crap the place that the population almost all loves to call the police so that the police will solve the problem of the confusion. ““Dave Ducharme’s Auto Sales is the best and my favorite place to go whenever I need a rental or buy a used car! I’ve known David since 2006, when I bought my son’s first car. Since then, I’ve lived in the Lowell area and have never heard anything that could compromise his reputation or his business. “I picked up the truck using online application, because the office was closed at that day.
I recommend the following:
1. The online instruction doesn't specify where to find the black box with the truck key. I was looking for the black box on the truck,
and its cargo area. Turned out the black box was outside the office door on the wall. It was somewhat frustrating, Please update the instructions with the location of the black box.
2. While looking for the black box, I was trying to contact a UHaul representative with the question. The only well visible contacts were the address and phone of the office, which was closed. Their phone was sending me to the voice mail, which would be read in a few days.
I finally found 800 number in one of emails/app messages. People at 800 number were great.
Please, make sure that the 800 number is included everywhere where UHaul contact information is provided, especially on the days when the local office is closed.”

“This is one of my first reviews of any kind :-) We haven't yet used any other rental place so can not compare but we have been satisfied with Taylor Rental. Used them twice for our party needs and they were nice and polite and always had stuff ready for us for pickup. No waits etc. Helped load and unload the stuff and the paperwork was neat. And today we had some water in the basement and they rented a pump. Again, very helpful. I would gladly recommend them to others. Gaurav”
“The associates at this location were the best I’ve experienced. After my rental, I went into the store for more boxes. I heard one client, who was on the phone, ask if the lines were recorded because he wanted whomever was listening to know the associate deserved a raise. I concur.
It was 19 degrees and after doing all of the self check out in the frigid cold, the truck I was assigned wouldn’t start. Completely frustrating. Fortunately, the associate had just arrived that morning. She turned what was beginning to be terrible experience, into a good one. She made sure I had a clean, working truck, which I so appreciated.
They all work as if they are the owners. You can’t ask for more than that.”
“I recently rented a moving van from the Lawrence location, and can't speak highly enough about Kendall! He was very efficient, and professional throughout the process. I had reserved the 12 foot truck to move my items to Florida. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the 12 foot truck had the check engine light on, and he had offered me the 16 foot truck. Although I drove this truck home, there was no way I could drive this truck to Florida. I returned the next day, and they had a van which was the same size basically as the 12 foot truck. My items fit in this van perfectly! The van seats were very comfortable, smooth ride with no issues at all! Returning the van was just as easy. Thank you so much, Kendall, for making this part of my move seamless!”

“My experience working with Tom at the Arlington MA Budget was fantastic!! He was extremely nice and helped me out when I was in a bind. I booked a 16’ truck in Nashua NH for a move to NC. Days before my trip I was told they didn’t have a truck for me. I panicked and was extremely upset, I called Arlington Budget and Tom was so helpful throughout the process. Yesterday I would have given Budget a 1, but working with Tom changed my review to a 4, solely due to Tom!!!”

Ty for an easy transaction & for providing A Grade customer service. While I was at the station, a gentleman walked in for an oil change to be scheduled at a later date. However, Matt jumped right into action and provided this gentleman with instant service. That type of priority & care will keep this station open for many years to come. Family owned gas stations like this are a true part of what America what built upon. Hard work & dedication to serving the community. We will return to rent future U-Hauls. Highly recommend!”
