I had some issues with one of my accounts over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.Shay Was relentless and doing everything she could to assist me. If it wasn’t for her, I probably would’ve totally freaked out. But she was able to keep me calm and let me know that everything was going to be OK and in the end it was.

“Our small cozy in town bank that we love. It is never overcrowded and you get to know workers there. There is a nice sitting area and in case you have small children - there is a big aquarium ❤ The parking is in the back and a few spots in the front. 3 drive throughs. You can also make yourself a coffee inside. They also have free checking account without direct deposit or minimum balance requirement, which is awesome, especially for kids!! We love also emails that we periodically get from Dean bank director, it feels very good to know that it is a small bank that cares about it's customers!😊”

My dad, 92, needed some clarification with his account. We scheduled an appointment with Armine and upon arrival did not have to wait a second to get seated at the office. “I'm a former customer, who switched to another bank with branch offices and ATM's closer to my home.
While trying to enroll in Zelle at my current bank, I was informed my email and phone number were already tied to Zelle with other banks. In order to enroll, I had to remove my email or phone from a bank where I have used Zelle.
As a former customer, I could not access my info on their web site. I called Dean and spoke to Josh at the Blackstone office. He consulted with another department, and in less than 10 minutes Josh deactivated my phone number from Dean's records. I can now enroll with Zelle at my current bank.
Josh was friendly, understanding, and very professional and it made my day to have this resolved so quickly without a trip to the bank.
If my current bank does not work out, I'll return to Dean. Perhaps if they add more ATM locations or branch offices in the Millville/Uxbridge/Whitinsville areas, I'd be inclined to return.
I had heard about Dean's great customer service, and I now understand why. Thank you, Josh, for your assistance.”
