“For a small business owner, time is valuable....Opening a business checking account at Santander in Auburn Mass took almost 2 hours, the nice man there kept staring at a computer screen and typing for long periods of time.... Meeting with an account Manager at Bank of America in Auburn to fix log in issues with their app to more than an hour, the man was very nice, but took a long time... Opening a business account at MFCU with Ashley D was simple and easy. She had all the important documents prepared ahead of time. She was nice, but also knows what she is doing. This is why MFCU is the best.”

“THE MOST FRIENDLY, BEST BANK EVER, especially the Bellingham Branch!! Mike, the Branch Manager, helped me in a bind! Trish, and all the tellers are extremely helpful and friendly and actually do care!! My husband & my kids go for a visit often on weekends to deposit their savings and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. Online banking is great too and NO CHARGES, which is huge! I can't say enough great this about this economical and friendly neighborhood bank!! I used to go to BOA - for 25+ years but the monthly fees were outrageous / a complete waste & typically unfriendly staff. SWITCH to CRB... you won't regret it!!”

“This Medfield branch of Citizens Bank is definitely one of the better locations I've been to in the past for outstanding service and the lack of other people (ha!). This location is one of the smaller, cozier, user-friendly Citizens Bank. No, the hours aren't the greatest, but it's the convenience that counts. Being that I travel Route 109 regularly, there isn't a Citizens in Millis, Medway or even Milford (suggestion for Citizens Bank: for crying out loud, add another one of your banks along this Route!), so Medfield is the regular stop. Also, no, it doesn't have a drive thru. I love drive thru's, but when it comes to banking, it's not too big of a deal to go inside. Here, my only issue is during peak hours and there is no on street parking. I'd prefer to park in the lot (like everyone else in the world....) but I don't believe there is a back entrance, and walking around the entire lot is a real pain in the neck. Otherwise, constant great service. From the ladies always working at the counter, to the great air conditioning, to even having dog treats and lollipops, the Medfield location is definitely friendly to their customers and keeps the Medfield location very organized. I continue to come to this location, and definitely suggest it. Plus, it's the only one in the area, so make sure to either go before they close, or go to one of the other branches far far away. 4 stars for the Medfield Citizens.”

“I'm very happy with banking there, only thing that bothers me is there seems to be less and less locations, a couple have closed that I use, but there's a ATM at every CVS store, so that's helpful avoiding ATM fees. The only other thing is it takes a long time to process card used, it can be up to a few days before it's processed. But when I go to the Banks the employees are always helpful and pleasant, happy like they like working there so that tells me a lot about the company in general I recommend it.”

We've been with the bank for 25+ years and have seen it grow with more branches but still small town service and customer commitment which we fell in love with to begin with. Recently, an ATM machine at a branch ate an ATM card I had late on a Friday night...I was worried to drive away if the card was spit out for the next person driving up. I called their 800# and immediately one of their branch managers answered, listened to my predicament, disabled my card immediately and had me swing by a branch the next day for a replacement. CRB for me!”
