“My wife is a very old lady it was raining I was in the car waiting for her while it was pouring this young gentleman in a green suit opened both doors for her and did not let the rain affect him while he was trying to open the doors for her and even helped her to the car. it was the nicest thing I ever seen in my 82 years.”
“Can I just say that the citizens branches are disappearing, and its impossible to find a branch where you can talk to an actual person. The downtown Providence branch is HORRIBLE, 0 STARS. The tellers think they are elite because they work downtown and they treat people as if they are worthless, I drive OUT OF MY WAY 20 MIN for the N Smithfield branch! The tellers are helpful, friendly, and they never keep you waiting. They are professional and most importantly.. they are NOT MACHINES!! Only reason I'm still with Citizens!”
