“I'm very happy with banking there, only thing that bothers me is there seems to be less and less locations, a couple have closed that I use, but there's a ATM at every CVS store, so that's helpful avoiding ATM fees. The only other thing is it takes a long time to process card used, it can be up to a few days before it's processed. But when I go to the Banks the employees are always helpful and pleasant, happy like they like working there so that tells me a lot about the company in general I recommend it.”

“I have no issues with the bank but to anyone using the drive up ATM at the Cumberland st branch in Woonsocket, please be careful! I was just approached by a guy while at the drive up ATM and he asked for money for his kids to get something to eat. I didn’t see any kids nor did I see where he came from but please use caution! I called that bank right away so they are aware of what happened to me but please be careful and aware of who is around you if you’re like me and have to open your door to reach the ATM!”
