“Dave and his brother have always been extremely helpful. Whenever I have gone in and have had questions on parts or diagnosing an issue, their patience and help is unlike anyone. They’ve always treated me with respect and honesty whenever doing business with them. I had an issue on my salter and went to them to ask what part I was going to need to fix it, and with the possibility of it being 2 issues, Dave squeezed me in at the end of the day on a Friday just before a storm and had me all fixed up and ready to go. I’m super thankful for that. The most genuine people I know, can’t recommend them enough!”
“Took my 2017 Chevy Trax in after an engine overheating light came on. From the ladies in the office to the techs working on the vehicle- everyone was so kind and informative. They seemed genuinely concerned about my safety driving the vehicle, motivated to fix it promptly and offered very fair pricing. They alerted me to some upcoming service needs without pressuring me to book right away. So impressed with the overall experience. “First time going and was super friendly. I failed because I didn't know I had a break light out but did know that my headlight was out. I went to the store and got new lights and went back all under an hour and I passed. I'm the idiot who's inspection sticker expired in January and waited until now to get a new one. “I really appreciated the time and effort Al took to help me out when my car's axle rusted away, and I had to have my car towed. I towed the car to Al based on the recommendation of a good samaritan who stopped to help. Due to the age and mileage of my car, Al took the time to research the repair. He was straight up and honest about everything, allowing me to make an informed decision. I'm glad I found Al as I had not been having much luck finding an honest mechanic after my prior mechanic had recently sold his business. Definitely would recommend talking to Al if you need your car repaired, or need an honesty mechanic.”
“Had a nail in my tire and losing air fast. They were able to help me instantly. Even postponing their lunch Also don’t put aluminum valve stem covers on without a plastic insert. Couldn’t get them off to put air in. Ended up having to replace valve stems. Will definitely come back for a new set of tires here.”

“Was absolutely dreading getting an end of the month car inspection, but was delightfully surprised by virtually no wait and super friendly technicians. This garage has two drive in bays and an area in the enclosed garage where you can sit and wait for the inspection process to be completed. I will absolutely be back and favorite over other experiences I have had. Highly recommend.”

“My experience with fijols went great. Answered the phone and met my needs. This salvage yard will still let you go out back an remove a part from a junk car. As long as u call them an give em a heads up. Unlike LKQ over in Webster, there a corporate company, and have all these rules an laws! HELLO! It's a junk yard not the new York stock exchange. I bet you the CEO of LKQ grew up with a silver spoon in his or her mouth, and if he or she ever stepped foot into a junk yard, there 2000 dollar Penny loafers would be coverd
in grease,mud, and the richest filth around that place!!! Haha!! ???”
“My elderly high mileage Subaru had a catastrophic issue while my son was at college. We had it towed here to assess. The folks at Pelham Auto were able to explain all the issues with the car and why it wasn’t worth trying to fix. Then they were patient with me while I found a company to donate the car to and (here’s the real kicker) THEY DIDN’T CHARGE ME ANYTHING for this service. I’m almost sad I don’t have a car to take to them any longer! Highly recommend.”
“Like others who've posted similar reviews, I overheated on the highway and was lucky enough to see A Plus right off the exit. Bob immediately made himself available to open the hood and diagnose potential causes. He was professional, fair, and honest. I left my truck with him and to his word, he had it fixed the next day at the estimated price he had given me. His communication was great as well as his service the next day when I picked it up. He also gave me a ride down the road to Enterprise. Overall, great work and outstanding service. I'd highly recommend.”

“I highly recommend this shop. Jake the manager explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was honest, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what repairs were needed and why.
I brought in my 2007 Honda Accord with brake issues, and Jake thoroughly inspected it, showed me the problems, and gave me a fair price. He even scheduled a follow-up brake fluid flush to ensure everything was working properly.
It's hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, but Jake and his crew does. Thank you for your excellent service and for giving me peace of mind knowing my car is safe to drive again.”

“I don't leave many reviews, but I have to say that my interaction with Nesco was great.
My vehicle was damaged by another driver & I needed an auto body shop to service it.
From the start I was greated by McColl & Kevin. They took time to look over the vehicle & explain to me what they would need to do & approximately how long it would take. They are a busy shop,but found time to service my vehicle within a week.
I was going through the other person's insurance for payment & Nesco made it very easy for them to deal with directly.
The job done on my vehicle was great & it's like it never happened.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest & fair body shop”
