“The lady at the counter is incredibly rude on the phone and has a really nasty attitude.Edit: 9/3/22: I stopped here for a drink yesterday and the young man behind the counter was incredibly nice and extremely customer service oriented. I have bumped my review up to 4 stars as I actually did have a good customer service interaction. They are not a bad store overall, it just depends who's working.”

“I stopped for directions to Delmore Circle, Richard took time from his work and made sure where it was. He found directions on his phone and pinpointed me in the right direction. I can,t thank him enough. He didn,t know me and he could have easily said he had no idea, but he went out of his way to help me. a true gentleman, easy to see why he,s been in business for so many years. “We love this convenience store. The store is always clean and taken care of. Shelves are always stocked and the selections that are available pleases any customer that walks threw the door! Keep them slushes available in the summer! Blue flavored one please!! Your coffee I think is better than any of the others around in that area!”

“Great store. Very busy most of the time. I credit the team of female employees that work here often, especially in the earlier part of the day. They are very energetic, super friendly & clearly care about customer service. They go above & beyond to ensure customer's have a positive experience each time they visit here. They range in age & all very hard working ladies, from what I've seen. They do have a well stocked store where you can get what you need, whether it's coffee (hot or iced) or other beverages, snacks or lunch on the go, tobacco, gas, lottery + more. Clean, public restrooms that always have toilet paper, soap, paper towels & baby changing stations. Great gas prices, among the lowest in town. You can also get fountain drinks or coffee for under $1! Very fair pricing. Cheaper than most convenience stores. The bakery items such as muffins, donuts are always fresh...which surely isn't the case at other stores. Highly recommend this stop for gas, snacks, or whatever you need. They even have a self checkout station.”
“The store has a new manager, Jason. I made a comment about product availability on line. And amazing...Jason called me to talk things over. Very nice open exchange. I had occasion to meet Jason while I was shopping. I knew he must be "somebody" because he was all over the store, checking things out, talking to customers. I spoke to him about some of my concerns and observations. He agreed with me, and in fact was already working on the areas. Anyway...if you need help ask, and if you have a comment, good or bad, I think the store manager genuinely wants to hear about it. I was in the store on August 7th. Wow! Who did the floors? They snap. Makes the entire store more inviting. And, so long as I'm rambling anyway....the employees in this store continue to rock. Always super helpful and friendly. Ok. I'm done. Good store. Good people.”

“This place is really nice. It has a lot of snacks and a lot of drinks to choose from. The staff would be really nice to me but I don’t know about everyone else but the staff is usually really nice and kind. I would go here again if I’m craving snacks like chips, chocolates, cereal bars, also drinks, ice cream and a lot more. I personally recommend people to come here.”

“Been taking my cars to Joe and the guys at Quabbin Service Center for close to a decade. They are friendly and knowledgeable and all around great to deal with. They often put in extra hours so that you don’t have to go without your car any longer than needed despite them always having a lot full of cars that need work.”
