“Paul at window, always nice, as are all of the clerks. Wasn't thrilled that a birthday gift I mailed out a week prior came by short of postage. Stating 90cents due, yet when Paul checked it said I was $1.60 short. We both agreed it should have been delivered with opportunity for recipient to have the chance to pay postage due or have it RTS. INSTEAD, birthday gift now going to be a week late. I guessed at postage, put stamps on envelope and mailed at outside box in Palmer because office was closed by time I got there”

I was given all the info and paperwork that I needed and appointment for the very next day. This place is organized and professional.”

The people who work there (shoutout to Courtney, Brenda, Sarah, and Paul!) are friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to interact with.
