“We had a time sensitive delivery where once I received a tracking number was able to communicate with the local branch and Marie Clark did a nice job following up to get it here promptly. Once the truck arrived, the driver (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was also extremely courteous and actually helped get the long pallet off his truck into our shop parking lot.Two great employees represented the Estes name well!”

“I thought the office services at Staples worked very well in terms of availability for customers and user-friendliness.The self-service fax/printers have instructions posted on the machines themselves for those who may not know how to operate them.Additionally, I was so pleased that there are UPS services offered at the customer service counter.Packages are accepted for return at this site, too.”

“Nice small post office that offers all the services any post office has. I’ve always enjoyed going to this post office. It has a couple spots directly in front to park making a quick in and out trip easy. It also has some parking located in a small lot on the side of the building. An outside mailbox is also located here.”

“Paul at window, always nice, as are all of the clerks. Wasn't thrilled that a birthday gift I mailed out a week prior came by short of postage. Stating 90cents due, yet when Paul checked it said I was $1.60 short. We both agreed it should have been delivered with opportunity for recipient to have the chance to pay postage due or have it RTS. INSTEAD, birthday gift now going to be a week late. I guessed at postage, put stamps on envelope and mailed at outside box in Palmer because office was closed by time I got there”

It’s kept neat and tidy.One time the clerk even gave me a bottled water because I was walking and he could clearly see I wasn’t feeling well. “I honestly just want to leave this review because people are so mean. This post office is great and every staff member that I have met has been both extremely helpful and kind. No matter if you just got in line or have been waiting a few minutes they always greet you with “I’m sorry about the wait” and yes, some people may find promoting and asking about surveys annoying but they are always on top of that so you know they are doing what they are suppose to! People working inside the post office have no control over how fast the delivery driver is so don’t be mad at them and give them horrible reviews over it!”

“I’ve noticed that this store always has a long line whenever I visit, and there’s usually just one person at the counter. Probably pretty stressful for people who work there to see there is always a long line.I don’t think the guy working there is intentionally rude; it seems like he’s focused on getting the job done with minimal social interactions, or the need of being nice or extra nice.”

“I love the Belchertown post office so much. I use it A LOT, as I have a lot of family members and friends overseas. Plus I love stamps. The people who work there (shoutout to Courtney, Brenda, Sarah, and Paul!) are friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to interact with. I read about towns losing post offices and just am *so glad* that Belchertown still has this one. Keep on keeping on, guys.”
