Thanks to help from Jacquelyn Reid Sturgis, we had a seamless move into our new apartment at 660 Washington. From the first viewing to the handing over of keys, she was proactive, knowledgeable, and very responsive to all inquires via email and phone. It was a pleasure renting this beautiful apartment with her as our liaison. Thanks Jacquelyn!

Last month sweet concierge Lisa was a life saver when I really needed to contact a resident despite not knowing the apartment number and not having my phone with me. Thank you so much Lisa for going above and beyond your role to help me and my family.

We’ve lived at 660 for a few years now and have greatly enjoyed it! We first and foremost really appreciate all the staff in the building. Stephanie, Alex, and Mike with the leasing office are of great help and are there whenever we need anything - especially when we needed to transfer units. Stephanie went above and beyond for us and the team listened to and worked with us which we truly appreciated. Stephanie was very patient with all of our questions and a pleasure to work with. Lisa and Hicham with the front desk (and really, everyone with the front desk is amazing and super attentive & friendly) are such gems too and always very kind, patient, willing to help, and such a pleasure to have around! The new roof deck that they’ve opened in the past year is so nice and a big plus. The main con as other reviews have mentioned are the undergrad students who can at times be very disrespectful and loud but the building does have floors where students are not allowed to rent which really helps with noises and commotion. And if there ever is any concern, all the staff in the office is very helpful and responsive. Overall, we really enjoy living here and truly appreciate all the hard work from the staff!

I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge that our time at 660 Washington Apartments had a rocky start, with issues that made us pretty unhappy. But the management team quickly stepped up. They sorted out our problems, even going the extra mile by moving us to a better apartment and throwing in some extra perks. What could have been a one-star experience turned into a solid five-star one.We decided to extend our lease this year because of how good it's been. Here are some of the highlights:- The maintenance team is very quick. They usually fix any problems within 30 minutes unless it's an overnight issue, which they take care of first thing in the morning.- The new deck is great. It's used often and always kept clean and ready.- Despite the building being lively and full of young people, the inside of our apartment is always quiet and peaceful.- We were impressed when the building needed a major upgrade. They put us up in a hotel for two nights, gave us $200 for meals, and offered breakfast on the go. The communication was clear and early, both through emails and written notes. A big shout out to Alex Morales and Mike, the manager. They, along with the team, did a fantastic job handling this.- The people at the concierge desk, especially Lisa, Maxime, and Hicham, are always ready to help. There are a few areas that could be better:- The emergency siren goes off more often than we'd like. Thankfully, these have all been false alarms, but it would be better if it happened less.- It would be nice if the apartment management could work out some benefits with the garage that's in the same building, like lower rates or discounts for guest parking.- The gym is okay, but could use an upgrade. We usually go to Equinox, which is only 3 minutes away. The building itself has some great features:- You can rent office spaces or use free desks, which has been a lifesaver for us in our one-bedroom apartment.- The location couldn't be better. It's close to the airport, and the green and orange subway lines. Even the red line is a short walk away. And Boston Commons and Equinox are right next door.- The view from the north side of the top floors is amazing.Compared to similar places, the price isn't too bad.- The deck on the 13th floor is a fantastic place to chill out and grill. In short, the apartment complex has a great community vibe, and it's been a fantastic place to live. If you're looking for a great apartment in the heart of Boston, definitely consider 660 Washington. Finally, I want to give a special thank you to Alex Morales for making our stay so much better.

I lived at 660 Washington Street for a year and a half and I wanted to share my thoughts on the pros and cons of this apartment complex.Pros:Management: One of the biggest pros of 660 Washington Street is the professional management team. They were always available to address any concerns or issues that arose during my time there. I felt like my needs were being met and that my voice was being heard.Amenities: This building probably has the best heated swimming pool in Boston. The gym is decent and has enough equipment to get in a good workout. The roof deck is fantastic, providing amazing views of the city and a great place to relax.Location: The location of 660 Washington Street is also unbeatable. It's located in a great area with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shops. If you like a crowded city life you will enjoy it.Maintenance: The maintenance team is also fast and efficient. Any issues or concerns I had were resolved promptly and professionally.Special thanks to Alexander Morales Community Administrator for his excellent service and professionalism during my time at 660 Washington Street.Cons:Unfortunately, there are a lot of undergraduate students who are willing to pay a premium to live here, and maybe that is the reason they think they have the right to do whatever they like. There is often trash and debris in the common areas, and some residents can be quite noisy. Finally, there are almost always parties happening in the building, especially on weekends. While the management team does their best to handle the load, it can still be disruptive for those who prefer a more peaceful living environment.Tips:Make sure to ask the management team if you prefer a more quiet unit. There are some floors that they don't rent to undergrads.Overall, I would recommend 660 Washington Street to anyone looking for a great location with decent amenities and a professional management team. Just be aware of the potential cons and be prepared to deal with some noisy neighbors.

Alex Morales was amazing! I was helping my friend that had just moved here from Venezuela find an apartment and he made us feel welcome and heard all of our concerns. She loves her apartment and Alex always goes above and beyond to ensure she is welcome.

We have had a great experience touring and signing a lease with 660 Washington. Our family has visited the building multiple times over the course of several months to get a sense of the different units available and to find the right unit for us. Stephanie in the leasing office has been a fantastic help, ensuring we had great experiences viewing the building/units and answering our MANY questions as we look ahead to our move. Great experience thus far!

HelloI have my name and my social as a guarantor on a lease . No payment was missed for 2 years. The lease has been over for over 2 months now . They should have removed the mention from my credit report. however , they have not to date. I called and explained that my credit is still showing that I am guarantying and responsible for a lease that has been terminated . they keep yesssing me in the fact that will be done next week and still , 8 weeks later nothing is done . 660 washington does not do honest and adequate accounting.

If you are a professional or graduate student avoid living here! it's not worth it at allthis place is mostly occupied by undergrads, so lots of partying and loud noises throughout the building. I have been complaining about the noise and the last time I went to the leasing office one of the agent was extremely rude to me as if i'm the one causing an issue until someone else stepped in and tried to help/solve my issue. which is still unresolved btw.I hear loud music in my bedroom and you can't tell where it's coming from i guess. The concierge didn't believe me so they had to come in my bedroom at 2 am...... anyways save yourself from trouble and live somewhere else! every single time I have an important exam I cannot sleep from the excessive noise.Honestly all these good reviews are shocking lol

As a local Guide for Google, I always hesitate to write a review, unless I'm fed up with BAD or GOOD, unfortunate, this is is BAD!This building turned down to "dirty/rude" student housing!not to mention, last year those students and their friends/colleagues whatsoever broke down the main entrance and got inside the building where they had to call the Cops for!Fire Alarm kicks off every week since this building became such students housing, all you get apologies when you wake up at 2am, 3 am, middle of the day!I heard fire fighters said more than once (I got sick of this building)!
