Last month sweet concierge Lisa was a life saver when I really needed to contact a resident despite not knowing the apartment number and not having my phone with me. Thank you so much Lisa for going above and beyond your role to help me and my family.

Alex Morales was amazing! I was helping my friend that had just moved here from Venezuela find an apartment and he made us feel welcome and heard all of our concerns. She loves her apartment and Alex always goes above and beyond to ensure she is welcome.
