Our experience with the employees at pick up and drop off were very good. The car had 64,000 miles on it and was a little shaky. Time to retire the vehicle. Overall the experience was fine.

Nice to be able to praise a rental car experience. Boston Logan Alamo was the best rental that I’ve had in a long time. Friendly knowledgeable staff got me set up getting the car, and the return process was smooth and efficient. Final charge was exactly as expected. Look to using them in the future.

Easy to pick up and drop off the car using the online check in. Alamo only charges plate pass on days when it’s used, which is why I rent from them. Cars can be a mixed bag, some better than others.
