Went back and had the same experience. If your are caucasian do not go to this store tattooed girl would rather pick her piercings than be of any assistance trust me 2nd time I left there guilty of being white. I'm sure not the only one

I've been in the store on multiple occasions over the last few weeks. Evey single associate I've interacted with on every occasion has been polite and extremely helpful. I want to commend the staff and the management for the excellent staffing choices! Hyde Park store.
