Terrible human customer service!!!!! She was so stupid. No common sense, dancing around questions was the worst part of my experience. I was more frustrated by her performance than i was about missing money! Some people are robotic and that lady was a useless BOT!!! A robot might as well replace her!!!! I bet it would be more helpful!!!!

I didn't have the chance to get an online survey of this branch for a long time, so I feel the urge to write one here, because I feel it's worth to make the walk to this branch as opposed to the hit or miss service thru a telephone call to customer service. After talking to 3 representatives yesterday at the phone and the suggestion to connect me to a 4th one, I decided to give up and go to the local branch. I knew that the manager and officers there would be able to solve my problem and they did. BofA seems to do a great job in hiring excellent people for this branch, because I don't remember any bad service in the 20+ years I am with the bank. Hurma Maluschi, the manager and Nhi Nguyen, a senior officer are really outstanding professionals and make a delight to do business at this branch. Needless to say that my problem got solved in a heartbeat by Nhi.I wish BofA would have as much success screening their employees for customer service on phone lines as they do for the branches. I understand that dealing with an account closing due to a fraudulent check is not everyday business, but people at customer service should at least where to direct you on the phone.

Not sure the reason behind the criticism of the staff. All of the folks I spoke to were very helpful. Would be nice if there was a location in south Boston but this location is hardly 3/5 stars.

We went to the bank for rolls of dollar coins, two of the rolls had a 24 dollar coins and 1 quarter, the bank could have caught the discrepancy by just weighing the roles. We wanted the bank to correct the error, and they made us stand on line again for them to correct their error, it was a frustrating experience.

it takes in person appointment then switch to call appointment then transfer to a different person guaranteeing the same day call or the next morning call but it never happens. what a waste of time and unprofessionalism.

Went through the mortgage approval and closing process with loan officer Andrew K here and was super pleased with the service we received - process was accelerated, bumps were smoothed out and responses always arrived promptly, from inquiry to closing.

Worst customer service ever, the old man who work there for a long time is super rude to customer! I don't know how can he work there for so long. He is just a teller but he really make me hate BOA and want to cancel my account! And I call the assistant manager she jus kept protecting him! Hello I'm a customer!!! I hate this place

Shout out to how polite the staff are here! Never been to a bank of america where everyone was so nice. Especially Corey, who stood at the front and coordinated with a lot of restless people. Great customer service :)

Opened an account with this branch a few months ago and was very disappointed by the level of service provided by the branch manager, Corey Niswender. When asked about issues he was disrespectful and left the conversation abruptly. I waited to speak to him again and his attitude had not changed. Issues were not resolved.

I needed a notary, and fast. Most of my accounts are at another bank and I was getting nowhere with them. Corey was super helpful and friendly on the phone and in person and totally saved me time (and money).

The tellers are fine. But, otherwise you're just another cow at that bank. Stood at customer service desk for 5 minutes before anyone approached me. Was told they had no time and to call number on the back of my card. That wait was 40 minutes. Shame on me.

Rafik is the kind of man that leaves a lasting impression on your life. I've considered ridding myself of my debit card and just using Rafik full time for my money withdrawing needs.
