The staff and crew were all friendly and pleasant to interact with. The ride was smooth, fast and beautiful at sunset. I’d definitely always take the Ptown ferry over driving any day. The vessel was clean and had great seating options too.

Really good customer service- however with the rough seas, all they did was stamp our ticket and didn’t announce to passengers on the boat. Many people were sick around us. The tickets are also very overpriced for the length of the trip and quality of the boat.

Local company that has been operating a long time in the area. They have 10 passes for frequent trips and honor them (unlike the newer corporate company). The staff is nice and trips are on time.
