“completed the jewelry 101 course. Fantastic instructor who led us through a series of steps learning the correct techniques on every tool in the Artisan's Asylum jewelry shop. We completed a ring (which my wife liked) over the two day 6 hour course. I have had some previous experience but this was an excellent learning process that taught me many things that improved my skills. Highly recommend taking this learning journey!! Great value for your money.”

“My almost 2.5-year-old started daycare for the very first time about six months ago at Transportation Children’s Center, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. My son has a speech delay and before starting TCC he was extremely shy, clingy, and very much “all about mom” (still is..). I was so nervous about how the adjustment period would go since it was his first time being taken care of by someone other than mom or dad—but thanks to the incredibly patient, caring, and attentive teachers at TCC, the transition was smoother than I ever could have imagined. Since starting, he has grown into a much more confident and independent little boy. Every single day he is learning something new, and I am constantly blown away by the thoughtful, creative, and engaging activities they plan for the children. You can truly feel how much love, intention, and expertise goes into everything they do. TCC is truly a hidden gem in the Back Bay that not many parents realize is even an option—and we feel so incredibly lucky to have found it. Choosing TCC has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son. We are so grateful for this amazing community and could not be happier with our experience here.”
“I’ve been going to YMCa for over 20 years believe it or not and the staff is getting better as the years go by! They’re very helpful very polite very respectful. Therefore, the energy is positive all the time. The fitness director is amazing. She puts her all into the work, she puts her heart and soul into each member as far as my speculation the director is a gentleman and a scholar assistance Director is extremely polite The cleaning crew is absolutely amazing. This Washington street, Salvation Army, has a food bank, can provide a clothing voucher for Goodwill, and sometimes has other items available, like suitcases, and clothing. This Salvation Army food bank, has kept me, fed, and living better, with generous amounts, on non-perishable foods, for a number of years, and their services, are available, to others, who are poor, and/or, completely homeless-as, I am. Bayo”

“An Absolutely wonderful organization! Would give ten stars if possible! I couldn't even put into words the work they do for families who are going thru a nightmare. Unfortunately my 12 year old son has Ewing's Sarcoma(bone cancer) in a very rare location. We were lucky enough to have this non profit put us up in a apt directly across the street from Mass General so we could stay close to him during his long treatment. This group of individuals are angels and we will forever be indebted to them. Thank you Christopher Haven!”

As soon as I returned back home from a good long time out there wandering around and all that jazz I finally sat down in my favorite maroon colored recliner chair and had the wifey make me my favorite dinner, a nice greasy pork chop sandwich served on a dirty ashtray.
