This store is TOP TIER! The customer service is usually excellent. Jenny & Isabel are incredible and always go above and beyond for customers. They are exceptional! Sooo knowledgeable on all the products (skincare, fragrances, hair care) - I am always blown away and soooo impressed by their excellence and professionalism. I wish they had a bigger store and more products but probably better for my credit card they don't. They still have an amazing and very curated selection of products. I only shop here for skincare and hair products!

The cashiers were really nice and helpful. This was my first time coming to the location and they really helped me find good products, especially for my curly hair! I definitely recommend anyone visiting.

I told the girl working exactly what skin problems I was having, and that I wanted just
one product and not a whole regimen or anything, and the associates suggestion actually works. Pricey but it did as advertised. It’s a stick for fading dark spots which is interesting because I’ve never seen one before, and I don’t really like serums. And it has been working too. Very pleased

The sales associates were chatting in back. After several minutes looking at Chantecaille one associate finally came over and was very unprofessional and rude. I left. The store is dark and poorly laid out. This was lunch time on a Friday.

this place is a mess. The associates are so unbelievably rude, Interestingly, they seem to ignore anybody who doesn’t look like a teenager aka, the people who actually have money are ignored. I went in and made a purchase recently and I knew more about the colors and products than the associate. Don’t waste your time and FYI, the website customer service is just as bad.

My wife had an extremely bad experience at the Newbury St location. The associate was a bald women who was dressed sloppy and inappropriate with a terrible attitude . She was unprofessional and racist towards my wife and her friend. The associate was condescending in the way she spoke to clients as well as other associates. You should be ashamed of the people you have representing a store with such expensive products. If we are paying a substantial amount of money for things the associates should be dressed professionally and not like they rolled out of bed

Unfriendly and unhelpful. I walked into this store and two sales assistants just looked at me. No greeting whatsoever. Another only interacted with me when I specifically asked her a question. They did, in fact, have the product I was looking for but I decided to take my business elsewhere.
