I will always use Boston Town Car. I dropped my phone after exiting the sedan and did not know it. 5 minutes later I called Mack Sanchez who sent my driver back to allow me to look in the car to no avail. unbeknownst to me Mack and Arlen Dos Santos began calling my phone and after repeated attempts found my phone which some kind stranger had brought to the Air Canada counter. Then going beyond the call of duty Mack sent Arlen, my driver, back to the airport to find me and let me know where my phone was. He literally scoured the airport to find me. I burst into tears at the commitment of these two amazing employees who found my phone. I am a customer for life of Boston Town Car- they greatly exceeded my expectations!

They said 24 hours but didn't have a car to get me from Logan to an area hotel. Thank you for the response. I have changed my rating to 3 stars due to your response . I understand the shortage of workers and so you know no one else was able to respond!

They have been helping us get our kids around for years and we couldn’t be more satisfied. They are dependable, flexible and personable and even seem to tolerate moody teenagers!

Have used this company several times for pickup and drop-off of my Italian employees from Logan to New Hampshire. Never a problem and all the employees have been very happy with the quality of the service.Their dispatcher Carlos is first-rate as well. He follows-up on my reservation errors and ensures that the drivers have the correct information. He also responds to flight changes and delays very quickly.

Horrible experience. Danny Sanchez who is the owner told me to shut up when I called the toll free number to find out where the car was. No communication from them about pick up. Awful customer service and horrible attitude. So many other car services to use in Boston. He should be ashamed of himself. Extremely unprofessional. Not on time, no communication and when trying to locate the driver he had a meltdown. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The driver, Gary, was a sweetheart. He should work somewhere else. Horrible company.
